Electrical tape works fine, it doesn't need to be anything special - It's just to cover rough edges on the rim holes/nipples. I haven't ridden on it yet but hopefully it will be ok. Guy I used foil in a front hog rim, looked sweet. Held up for ever untill i had blown the tyre up n down three times.
