Ok:

1. Buy a frame with a cross threaded mount.

2. Buy a drill bit, hardened as its only a steel bolt.

3. Drill it and notice the drill bits broken

4. Go buy 7 more drill bits of varying sizes.

5. Slowly drill it out and chisel it abit.

6. Continue to drill until its all removed.

7. File it down abit.

8. Give it to your dad who will take it to some people he knows ;)

9. They fill it with a "fake" metal (Its harder than the alu, mix two things together and this super hard artificial metal is created)

10. They drill it.

11. They tap it.

In extreme detail, took us 2 hours to get it out, the shop we took it to first snapped 2 drill bits, then gave it back tried some garages none would touch it as it was a mess as you could see. So we used another 6 drill bits and got it out eventually. They then filled, drilled and tapped it, building it up tomorrow.
