Check out the scams on the web. If you receive a cheque, wait a few weeks, it'll come back to you marked up to the effect its a counterfeit or that you need to check with the writer of the cheque for the money. And all of a sudden, what do you know! Vanished!IF you have a cheque, phone the bank (or post office?) it's drawn from and ask them. How have you been paid for it? Or have you been paid for it?Sorry, I'll write this for anyone who needs it, and anyone who's asking how much ANYTHING costs to send does need it.If you need to make a call to somewhere foreign for the bank, the best place for cheaper calls ishttp://www.niftylist.co.uk/calls/and pick the letter you need. nova666 Posted March 25, 2006 Author Report Share Posted March 25, 2006 Its ok i was never going to take my phone off ebay,He said he was buying the phone for his mum,,he had a Indian ebay account with Indian Email name but yahoo.co.uk but his name was Tony Adams(im sure he played for Arsenal?but his mum was in Nigeria> Welll dodgy man,I had some guy before offer me some money for a bike and he wanted to pay like a 1500 quid for delivery to sweden when it would never cost that much,I phoned him too and he was in sweden but sounded mean and unsure so i told him to screw his mum,.
