Help With White Industries Freewheel

hi

i want to get my white industries front freewheel of of my cranks but i cant seem to get it off, my dad cant even get it off, is there a special way of getting it of

any suggestions? :huh:(Y)

the best way i find is to hit your head against it... :lol:

if that dont work try taking it to your local bike shop!!

clamp your crank in a vice

so you hav the crank up and the freewheek not facein your body :-

then get the freewheel remover :ermm:

and spanner (attach a long pipe to it so you get MORE leverage) :D

then you should be done

plus HERE if you need help with maintenancein it (cant spell)

Use a threaded axle and bolt the freewheel remover to the crank with a nut either side. This locks the tool to the freewheel so no risk of rounding the edges. Then clamp the remover tool in the vice. Then get a pipe, cover the crank in a rag and slot the pipe over the crank and wrench it loose. When loosened remove axle as will stop it undoing. Is what we use in our shop. Works perfect every time with no damage to parts.
