munkee Posted October 27, 2006 Report Share Posted October 27, 2006 download "avast!" has cleaned out every virus i have but i tend to delete it once its done the job since its a beast of a program and slows my computer down. Make it do a full system scan during start up and jobs a good un. You can download a trial of it free or i can point you to another "source". i run kaspersky now with zonealarm without any trouble. craigjames Posted October 28, 2006 Report Share Posted October 28, 2006 turn of the xp system restore, update your virus definitons and do a full scan. zlob is only a low threat virus, but its damn annoying.the process above is what symantec have instructions wise on their site.just out of curiosity, did you get one of these virus's by lcicking a photo link in msn?? They just make up bogus file names and put them in important looking places.The only one i'm not sure on is gadx.dll do some googleing but im 99% sure it will be fine to delete.
