echo_rob
Does anyone know if the t-comp is as weak as its predecessor? is it lighter?thanksrob
mrBENN
Well the t-pro has v brakes but ive had a go on my mates t-comp and all they have done is put a lower spek on the t-pro and made a new t-comp model so the t-comp is like the 06 t-pro if you get me
matt willis
i know that the t-comp is light, however, with most light thing the weakness increases. i have got a onza t-lite, the frame had to be re-welded becuase i crack the chain stay. but also depends where you ride. (street or comp).matt
20inchsuperstar
t-pro has vees and not as good tyres, free wheel etcthe t-comp is basically an 06 t-pro with a tensile freewheel, tensile brake mounts and bubblegum padslooks quite sexy but i think its seriously over priced at 500 quid a popmatt
ruption0
they down graded the t-pro to v brakes and gave hs33's to the t-comp that mostly it really.plus i dont get the fact that they are almost the same but the 06 t-pro was £420 and the 07 t-comp is around £500 + mark
t-liteboy
hi mate my mate has got a onza t-pro and it rides nice solid and its reliable, hope this helps.cheersjake.
Razzy
Hi,Sorry i don't know that much about these bikes but what i do know is that the t-comp has a higher gearing to the t-pro.Hope i have helped a little.LeeWRONG. Both the Onza T Comp and the Onza T Pro run an 18 tooth Tensile freewheel and a 12 tooth rear sprocket so they both have the same gearing. (You must have been thinking about the Onza T Vee/Bird).I have an Onza T Comp and personally I think it's great, however i managed to get mine brand new for £405 as soon as they came out at the end of last year before the prices rocketed. Therefore it is up to you if you can afford the T Comp and want HS-33s, drilled rims, Maxxis Creepy Crawler tyres e.t.c. Personally i think both bikes now are for sale for more than they are worth, but if you can afford the Onza T Comp, then i would certaintly recommend it as a great bike, both for a beginner and an intermediate rider.Hope i helped Edited February 13, 2007 by RazzyOnza

Mike Winton.
I would go for the T-comp, the old ones where very bad your right, but the new ones are very similar to the T-pro.

cai
I ride a t-comp 07, its alright like, u just got to get a decent hub for it and lighter forks to be honest.but yeh its the t-pro but with drilled rims, front and back maggies, creepy crawlers, tensile mounts pads and freewheel.i'd get the t-comp because all of the above are a must have really! especially when adding all of ^^that^^ to a t-pro would cost you £600+i would just wait and see what 08 brings really!hope i helped. Ash-Trials
I'd get T-Pro. I have 07 T-Pro rides nice. All youd need to make it decent is the HS33's or even get some decent pads and set V's up right, Just because t-comp has a few things better doesnt make it better value for money. You can pick up used HS33's for like 20-30. A3danny
I think you should get t-comp.Because it has HS33 and t-pro has got v-breaks. There the same frames with different paint jobs.Go for the T-comp
