SamKidney Posted March 28, 2016 Report Share Posted March 28, 2016 (edited) Yep. Another bike. Since I stopped riding around 2/3 years ago I've had one or two bikes. An old 07 GU Typhoon 26", a Limey 4 and a Rockman Slate XL. One reason or another kept me from riding regularly and all were sold. However this time I plan to stay at it and have some fun again. Its my 3rd Echo 24. Glad it's an SL as I've always liked the look of the darker frame more! Bit wary of the Neon forks as I made light work of cracking the pairs I had on my old bikes but they'll do for now. Super Tacky High Roller on the way for the rear and I'll put the Holly Roller on the front. Finding a Racingline front lever unit and I'm sorted brake wise. Maybe a wider front rim too but for the moment it rides well and I need to loosen up again! I'm very sore after the brief time I've had in it. Few bits to change to bring it to how I'd like it but I can't complain. For the spec it was an absolute bargain!
