Well spoke to them today, and explaid to them whats wrong, apparently not seen it happen like this, specially after having it for a week. Sending it back to them(please note 2nd time) hope fully the service will be just as good, and ill be getting a sorted hub in about a week

+1 for a snapped set of Azonic double walls. Flipping hurt like hell...

Anyone ever seen this happen to a hub before?? If so what has been deemed the cause? Going to have to contact profile again, and see what they say, hoping ill be able to send back under warranty....

Ive found that my Try all tyre has been much better then the maxxis high rollers i had, thicker side walls, and also a faster rebound.

Donkeys!.... Ill be calling you in the morning then... Unless you can change it to a 36 hole hub magically... or the Black Onza T-master hub with 36 Holes...... EDIT - Any news on how quick i can get a wheel built might have another idea, and spend more money...

Im currently running 18:16 and is really nice, spont on, and plenty of power, yet not stiff at all. Unlike the 18:12 i my have to run due to Profile Hubs being balls, of the donkey kind.

So tonight after being out riding for all of an hour, my brand new Profile Mini Cassette Hub went, again, after only having it for a week. Ive Just recently got a replacement cause my other one went after 2 months, im on my 3rd hub from 24seven, but the gear ratio is really gay on it to say the least. Now im running outta things to try and resolve this weak hub issue, I've just brought a new ENO freewheel, and a new echo screw on hub, with 16th sprocket and spokes to go into my Try all rim, but god knows how long that will last..... Other then buying the silly expensive Chris King BMX hub, anyone got any experience in this kinda area? Any suggestions? Before i loose my rag and hunt Danny Holroyd down for have a stupid 116mm rear hub, and then stab him in the eye.... lots! PS - i now have Ice wrapped round my wrist cause of a nice face plant!

Personally i prefer street, but then ive not riden much natural. But both are fun, and i do enjoy natural when i get a chance to ride it.

HAHAH! Well Im pretty sure you will have a strong case with trading standards, even if ebay and paypal fob you off. That blatantly isnt a new frame, and has been ridden for sure. Best thing to do though is speak to you local office see what they say. Still got the ebay page? would need to submit that to them as well, showing clear evidence of them saying it was new.

Why are they sold with mineral oil then?? I personally prefer oil, but im not against water bleeds. All comes down to personal preference.

CBProductions, you got any pics of the frame in the state you recieved it? Might have a case with trading standards as well as pay pal and ebay.
