    using a tyre lever; push the pistons back into the caliper body, then pull the lever...repeat until they move back freely with the pads inserted

    used a juicy five and it was godawful... i know some people use them to success though, the ultimate is just a lighter version of the seven.....

    apparently the pigment can affect the perfomance of the pad as well though

    take those nasty stickers off...and whack a lot lower stem on it...probs a 110 * 15 ,thats what i ran on my coust and it was lush

    why? Finishing looks a little poor on the backings if im honest, and 70a is quite soft for a grind pad..
