T-f Car/bike/feet Social Gathering - Only A Iccle One
Captain Scarlet replied to Simon's topic in Chit Chat
About a 140 mile ride for me, depends how I feel ahaha! Motorbike ***! For the win filter? ^^ =( -
Don't bash the hell out of it? Best example I can give is Joe Seddon, I assume he's had the same frame for a while, he's a monster of a rider and I've heard nothing bad from his frame.
-
Big vote for him to return on a mod, his old T-Mag video was ridiculous.

That looks so tasty, I really have no preference on colour as pretty much anything will look good, so long as the frame actually has colour (not just white or black). I think it needs that Onza green in there somewhere. Because it looks crap when you damage it, think of Echo lite frames, they look so cheap and terrible. Although I'd imagine Onza wouldn't paste a cheap and nasty sticker on top.

I don't drive, so from an outsiders perspective. I would see it as some fun, mainly in actually doing the modifications themselves, but then there is a side to it that looks cheesy, as with large cosmetic enhancements on anything in life. It is down to you, when it comes to me driving I probably won't modify my car at all (just not a car person and I will probably be a bit older when I have a car), and if I do it will be subtle things that mainly benefit me. Because ultimately it will be my major form of transport, what my car looks like or how I arrive could be the make or break of a relationship, as unlikely as it seems could you imagine turning up to an interview for a important career move in a car that is seen as trashy "boy racer" material. I'm not putting anyone down here, I just personally think it could have some repercussions, to me it would be equivalent to getting some kind of in your face tattoo.

The only other way I would know of is a decent sized screwdriver and a mallet, fit it in one of the splines and hammer away. I wouldn't recommend it though, you'll most likely damage the cups on the bottom bracket to make future extractions/fitting harder. See if anyone you know has the Shimano BB tool, in worst case scenario the tool is only a tenner, so your not exactly breaking the bank for a tool that will get its money worth over time.

Does Anyone Know I Can Buy This...

They are the pre-2005 Magura master cylinder, they were replaced by the current model which features the in-built TPA. You will only find one second hand. -
It's a certain knack that you will pick up over time as you become confident on the back wheel. It involves a combination of twitching; your handlebars, your hips, your feet, and your arms.

Ah so you chose Kings of Leon in the end. You are just super beast Toby, definitely a good advert for Barrow farm. Only one picky point I want to make, was that is was a bit of an eyesore watching it, it looks like the aspect ratio is a bit muffed, I thought you film in 16:9, but the render is 4:3?

Mental riding, such a smooth style, I love that front wheel drop off!

Good rule to go by if you went out and bought a full £1000 build, even if you only owned it for a month, resell value is usually half that price. Reason being is that is has been owned, yes the components are worth that much, but who would buy used parts at that price when they could go out and buy a brand new build for a little bit more money.

Teenage Angst Communal Agony Aunt Thread

Nothing, f**k all girl troubles. Usually I spend my days texting several girls, be they friend or f**k, but now nothing! No friends, no new girls I've just met, nothing! Might as well get a cheaper sim contract if my minutes and calls are going to waste. -
I find caged terrible for grip, as there isn't really as much of a protruding grip (like the pins of a platform pedal). Platform pedals are also a lot more withstanding, they can take being landed on, okay you occasionally loose the odd pin but they don't bend like the caged pedals.

Loads of people have had trouble with them and it is branded an unreputable source to buy from, just really un-organised, under staffed and no communication with the customers. That said, I ordered a said of pads from Dan a year ago, got them as to my usually expected postal standards, it doesn't mean I'm prepared to trust him, I was probably one of the lucky ones who's order wasn't cocked up.

Changing Aspect Ratio On A Video
Captain Scarlet replied to *Koxx hydroxx 2 Jack *'s topic in Chit Chat
When you say "Play" the file, is that the raw footage played in WMP straight off the camera? If its not 16:9 at this stage then something is wrong. -
What? where was the obligatory Danny Mac backflip?
-
It already is an allen bolt, the nut just locks against the frame ensuring the bolt doesn't loosen itself over time.
-
An end to loose chains, belt drive or something along those lines. Different ways of mounting parts, threads are too easy to strip for some people. More ergonomically designed frames, removing the seat and excessive frame for a seat was a massive step, and benefits the street beasts and world championship class riders, but think how much more Benito could tuck and therefore get higher if the frame was designed to fit around his as he tucked?

I've tried loads over the years, with Halfords foams the best thing to do was just slide them on naturally, ensuring that the bar is dry and clean. Rubber grips the best thing is hairspray or something else that sets tackyish. And then Trialtech foams moved after the usual slide on technique, so I took them back off and with the advice of the members on here, used spray paint (black obviously is most appropriate).

It's just a bit fiddly getting the spanner in place, using the open end is obviously easier to place over the nut, but as the chainstay blocks the spanner from sliding all the way over the nut, it has a reduced contact area and therefore grip on the nut, thus slipping. Mine are slowly getting that way.

It's what the weird little lines on the road are for, to distinguish which car made the camera flash. The speed camera takes a couple of photos when triggered, this time is always the same, so you have two photos in a given time, the lines give you an indication of distance so you can work out how far the car has travelled in the photos, then using your basic formula triangle (distance divided by time) speed is worked out and obviously whether you was in the right or wrong will save you here.

Gloves don't give me any other extra benefit apart from looking like a ponce. So the resounding answer is, no.

Its down to how the smack is delivered, just warnings and things leading up to the smack, as that supernanny bitch does with the naughty step. Just randomly grabbing your child and smacking them is no good, it needs to be justified and warnings given to the child. My dad used to give me the slipper when I got in serious trouble when younger, and gave me good warning before I got into trouble, he didn't abuse the punishment so it worked perfectly.

ILU. :$ I want to watch you ride like a helium balloon too!
