thanks this is really helping...im not too sure how old the bb is as i got it when i bought my a3 2nd hand. Only problem now is i cant get my isis cranks off!! they on good n solid!? any one shed some light on a quick way to get them off?

everytime i pedal there is some f**k off creaking!! the cranks are brand new along with the freewheel! and they are tight as! aswell as my v8's they're also really tight! could it be my bb?

they are pretty cool i admit but pretty damn expensive aswell!! have you thought about a deng rear freehub? alot mor colour choice aswell because i know tarty only have orange and red profiles t the moment!
