  1. Good to see you on the forum Darren. Join the club. I work 6 days a week , virtually every week. I sometimes(very rarely) ride of a night after work. But sundays are the days i look forward to. The amout of riders round my way has dropped as each year goes by. I think that is the main drain on my enthusiasm.
  2. Poof! Only joking buddy. Good luck , its your life you decide whats going on. On another note I don't think people on the forum are really bothered about peoples sexuality. Its all about having fun on bikes!
  3. Wrong The proto arrives next week.
  4. Anywhere on the District and Circle is fine. If you try to get on the Central line you won't be allowed. http://www.tfl.gov.uk/tfl/tube_map.shtml Download the bicycle map there.
  5. You can't get on the DLR with bikes. Your right though jay Canary wharf has some amazing riding , So does Bow although its a tad Ghetto. Best to get the district from Blackfriars , Temple , Mansion House or Embankment to Mile End then head then ride to Canary Wharf. Takes around 5-10mins
  6. Theres a thread further down in trials chat. In short : His Mongoose will be Ti and will retail at around £1000 , So Rumour has it anyway....
  7. I know about the charge frame joe , Thats not a trials frame anyway. It was his Mongoose they were talking about.
  8. I heard a rumour from someone at the last Hampshire comp. It was going to a Ti frame and retail around £1000. Don't know how much truth there is in that , hopefully wayne will post.
  9. Out of my way to report someone? I clicked a button , If it wasn't that easy i doubt i would of bothered. I think its funny how i've had the full blame for this thread being closed , WHEN DUE TO MANY REPORTS THE THREAD WAS CLOSED! If you can't see that , Then you , need to 'Grow up'. I've had enough of this topic.
  10. Are you really that stupid? IOLO makes frames out of T45 , We use Titanium and aluminium. If people want a frame made from T45 they will go to IOLO , We don't use T45! IOLO's Frames cost £260 our custom Ti stuff is £595! Its a slightly different market. As for your so called "Triton Boys" I'm quite flattered how many people use the stars and in avatars and mention us. There just friends, or people that support what were doing. There not paid, they don't get anything for free. Yet people seem to think its mine and Dims big advertising plan. I'm pretty gutted that we are getting all the blame for closing this topic. I reported it! Yet its been said "After many reports" the thread had to be closed. I'm not scared of speaking up , It seems alot of people on here have been two faced about the whole thing and won't say "I reported it". Everyone seems to think Triton is much bigger than it is. TritonBicycleCo. is run by me and Dmitri. We haven't had big meetings with the bank manager. Its all been done from personal money , Which isn't alot. We felt we were offering an extra direction for trials. But so many people have criticised us from day one. We don't pick our frames from a catalogue. Each one is designed by either me or Dim. Triton Cycles have just helped us by having an established outlet to sell our frames through. Its as simple as that. Look i'm not bothered either way. Blame me all your like but i was just passing on the rules. My topic was closed because TritonBicycleCo. site links to somewhere where you can buy/order our products. IOLO's has the same. As i said before Good luck to IOLO i'm sure he will do very well.
  11. Triton , Yeah were actually part of the mafia not a Stupidly small rider owned company based in London. Whats the big problem with us? I've actually given up posting stuff about new frames and parts on this forum. IOLO's post looked pretty much the same as the first of my posts about our frames. I think there should be one rule for everyone. I reported it , I don't think i was the only one though. Meh , Good luck to IOLO.
  12. Sorry , But i'm gonna have to disagree there. My Triton Deema (The Original Proto) only Flex's as much as my old Monty used to. Simon said the frame feels positive and he was happy with the way the bike rode.
  13. Nice Joe , Some nice simple pics. Like em alot....
  14. Never used one , never intend to... Live to your means.
  15. Wicked , i only come up as fat on that. I love you! I weight nearly 20 stone , I feel it hinders my ability some times. But there we go i love food
  16. Adam , has Ian Cooper still got the painted one? That one would be amazing to see
  17. Companys offer custom geometry, because everyone has different ideas on what feels good and what they want out of a frame. I'm pretty sure no one in trials has bothered to copyright a frame design. So there are no copyright issues even if someone does copy a frame design down to the littlest details. I was under the impression most of the Leeson 24's were different geometry? I was pretty sure you could get a custom Clear660?
  18. I wouldn't touch that frame with a 12 foot barge poll. Titerra stuff cracks. Its true Titerra is the factory Global used/use to produce there frames. Titerra have a team out in Russia. Who go through a shed load of frames. The backend of those frames are terrible , i'm sure Ali C can back me up on this one , Those plates that join the bb to the chainstays flex badly. theres no box section or yoke to increase stiffness. We did look into using Titerra to produce our frames but it was pretty clear they were not up to scratch. They made a frame recently which looked pretty cool , it used a mixture of titanium and carbon tubes.
  19. You got my vote , Good luck!

Well , i think i'm the only one who would vote for the Eastern. I bought a 2006 Jane about a month or so ago. Just something to blast around on and ride trails in the summer. The main reason i went for it over the 06' 4 seasons was due to the fact it had a 21" inch toptube. The 21" toptube was my main concern. So i bought it mainly on that fact. It also worked out slightly cheaper which was a bonus. The spec you get for the money with Eastern's is unreal! The cassette hub is like a profile Seriously solid enagements. Cranks are brilliant as are General spec and attention to detail. The only bad things were , the Chrome rim pretty much flaked out of the box and the bars were to low for me. Personal preference on the bars really. If i wasn't bothered about toptube length , i would of gone for the Ace of Spades. Eastern gets my vote!
  22. Twin Disc Triton! Lushness on a Stick! Cool pics
