  1. Fatboy wheelie faaarrr! Nice lil vid tommy, not many people of 8year old proportions can control a gasser quite like you Much lovings
  2. smell amount of scrathes on ur forks in that last pic tommy, and that fence needs a bit of tlc, but apart from that looks damn sexy! Joel boy
  3. 1.37 - only in Brazil! haha, awesome vid though guys, keep it up. nice to see people so motivated to ride over there. Joel
  4. agreed! - Music choice was the only major let down, apart from that it was pretty average, not very imaginative and i've seen much more interesting editing in your own vids! But overall not a bad attempt Joel
  5. Ahh god, that was the funnies thing ive seen in ages, reminded me how much fun it is just scrolling through youtube lol...but on a more serious note, the security at that place is super strict. and can you imagine the guilt trip if you missed a tap and went to bash? or missed a sidehop and chainstays take a chunk outta one of those blocks...they must cost a bomb! Joel
  6. CTRL + F or just search, it's been covered a thousand times and it never ends with one single fluid being the best, everyone has opinions. Joel
  7. Sorry about posting 3 times, computer had a spaz fit and then shut down ...nice Joel
  8. Bump to Mitcho...Come to Jersey mate ! You could something new every day for weeks and not get bored, yet you don't have to go more than a mile ! Our waterfront area is immense, rocks, sea walls, drops, massive gaps, sidehops ! we start there nearly every time and still dont get bored...and there are plenty of us that would have a spare room(s)... and what's more, it's in between U.K and France so you could stop off here for a few days then carry on to France afterwards ? Just a thought... Joel
  9. why would you want to suck air INTO the lever ? Joel
  10. Should be called Monty DEATH Spray, it put me in hospital ...was going for a 6 to 1 pallet gap on my mate's bike...i kicked, brake stuck, i went over the bars but landed on the stem with my spleen. Internal bleeding and a hate for that can followed. Saying that, i'm pretty sure he was inexperienced and just whacked a load on, mayb spraying onto tissue and wiping it on in a few applications would be better...and less fatal lol Joel Should be called Monty DEATH Spray, it put me in hospital ...was going for a 6 to 1 pallet gap on my mate's bike...i kicked, brake stuck, i went over the bars but landed on the stem with my spleen taking the direct hit. 11. Lovin' the colour coded dust cap haha And Mitcho u say that senda does 63 with the power pipe but i wanna' see it ! (Had a go on Dan's DT yesterday n hit 80 ) Joel
  12. I think this is the best vid on the net by far !! - Apart from that unbelievably edited and superbly ridden video, it's just gotta be damon watson, he's got a unique style thats really fun to watch, makes you want to be at that spot lol Ali C has insipired me a hell of a lot aswell with the smoothness of his riding and the techniques he uses to acheive that look, ive spent many hours copying and perfecting trademark Ali C moves Joel
  13. Hose it down, dry it off with a leaf vac (on the blow setting ingenious) Petrol and Kitchen roll get any marks, dirt or dust off. Then a bit of Silicon Spray (Wurth) makes a barrier so it takes a good few weeks for it to get dirty again. Problem solved and the bike always looks gorgeous
  14. Haha, i don't know him but this "John" character (if that's his real name ?!) sounds like a rather shady character ! if you want to come to jersey, contact a real person or use my above email address Joel
  15. I Will John ! 0121do1@hotmail.co.kissmyass just come to guernsey and stop being a whopper ! Joel
  16. Seriously Tom, check your spelling 'ey... (enough) and Dan runs that setup and its fine. Joel
  17. Look in the FS/WTD section, im sure someone will have one that they are trying to get rid of, or see how they work and do a DIY ! lol pretty simple to make really Joel
  18. do you go to school ?! Not having a go but seriously...check you post before you post it, just copy and paste it all into word before you post it up to make sure it's all ok Then you won't get people having a go, and more people will reply. In answer to your question; All the things you said could be changed, have ! Better pads, stronger cables, better bearings in the caliper, and a better lever system. Yours may pull the discs in 1mm for an inch of movement on the lever, whereas the avid will pull the pads on 2mm if you get me. more braking for less strain on your fingers. Hope that clears it up for you mate. Joel
  19. Ahh ! I've heard so much about this t-vee and never seen a proper pic of it. You still riding it ? Joel
  20. Got a T-Mag myself and it's done me pretty well, but if i would have seen the zip when i got my t-mag, i would have gone for it, with a t-mag you with get the bike, upgrade parts, then buy a frame like the zip. With the zip you will upgrade parts and already have a lovely frame so Go for the Zip !! Joel
  21. Lmao ! aahh Tom you really gotta learn to keep your mouth shut on here, going round calling people stupid twats isn't going to get you the best of reputations ! And before you post, whack what you've written into word and spell check it, people won't tak the piss then Joel
  22. thanks to KuelMuel & Lawrence who replied, but no-one else want to show off their handywork ? Joel
  23. Hey all, Well I thought i'd do more than just show my recent handy work off in this one. Had a quick search and couldn't find anything like this so if you've done a spray job/diy detailing or even an old frame you got bored of and covered in about 17 different colours, tought i'd give one place to show it all off instead of countless different threads. Here's my 'lil T-Mag whic i've just finished. Been through 3 different colours but I think it's looking it's best in white: Just finished... Finishing touches... balancing... My dodgey job on the forks (until my ko-bike's come doen from Adie -"Superstar" ) Just after it went black. looked mint!...until it chipped and got drawn on Just one of my favourite pics to finish off. Let me know what you think of it and post in all of your attempts Joel
  24. Yeah they look chunky as hell!! A mate of mine had the old ones just because Holroyd had them and they were actually a bit annoying, impossible to move your foot on them but these look a bit more easy going. Just go with the V8's, cheap, durable, light and grippy Joel
