Monty M5 had 362mm chainstays or not?

there were small changes too between 2011-2012 HS11/HS33 and 2012-2013 HS11: -T25 torx bolts (heavier+un-necessary) -non-metallic clamp -new lever blade made of formed sheet material+insert instead of solid blade. -matte black cover functionally the same. not sure if 2012-2013 HS33 keeps the old solid lever blade contruction.

The geo of SL bars has changed! Total rise 2011: 77-80mm, 2012-2013 about 95mm

All Echo Frames and spare BBs are sold with these AL-Bolts installed. So how/when did this happen? While using the original bolts?

Just to get this straight, silver ECHO freewheels (except the very first gen. with black lockring) were the old "SL" model. Gold color is the current "SL" with titanium driver+lockring and steel outer ring. black color is the "TR" freewheel. The fact that some dealers create their own names for components such as "SL 108 black" (=TR), "SL 108 silver" (=old SL) and "ECHO Titanium" (=SL Ti) freewheel doesn't help in this discussion. same story with echo frames. The model names "ECHO Lite" (="ECHO 20") or "ECHO Pure" (="ECHO 26") were stopped before 2011 but I can still find them being used for 2011-2013 frames.

Did you use the bolt washers that came with the TR clamps? They have a too large inner diameter that sits too loose on the bolts' thread. It slides to the left or right and one side will have too small contact with the clamp and eat into it. It's better to install the bolts without these washers.

interesting reinforcement by a simple weld going all the way up the fork legs. Don't know if that is effective though...
