My snowys were CLASS on a light-med grind and weren't wearing down much at all! They then suddenly went horribly sh*t. For the time they were good though... they were really really good. So yeh they do work well with a grind and dont wear down much.

Ok yeh I meant anodising then, tried caustic soda but didnt work, possibly because I used a weak soultion. I cut it down to 2bolt because I never actually used to use the top 2 bolts in the booster, just the bottoms other wise it was too stiff, but the main reason I did it all is because it different! And yes caustic soda would have worked on the booster but it would of taken all the blue off, I wanted half blue half silver, becuase there is a little ridge between the blue and silver it meant that the sandpaper didnt touch the bottom, thus leaving a neat line between the two colours.

The silver does, not sure about spraying the frame really. I would prefer to just strip the paint off but I cant because it's powder coated Cheers for the comment

Well, I was bored so I decided to re-design my booster a little. It was a blue GU 4 bolt, it is now a half blue half silver 2bolt! Woohoo. Took me aaaaages to sand the anodising off, then cut the bottom of each side off and filed down to make lovely and smooth. At least it's different, comments please......

GU 4 bolt in blue. Cut down to 2-bolt, then i sanded half of the front, all of sides and back to silver!

"monty boi" when you next comin to jersey? We need to get some UK riders over for a few days. Plenty of places to ride and for you lot to stay!

My lovely derbi senda xtreme (06). Got it 2nd hand a few days ago, was brand new in Sept 06. However i'm not 16 for a few more weeks so I just gotta wait I would also like to point out that my derbi is soooo much better than "jersey riders" and a lot quicker, especially when I sling the power pipe on. Sorry Ben.

T-pro has had a bit of a makeover and have also added a derbi senda xtreme 50cc to my collection of bikes. Finaly gone front disk! Got some koxx forxx, 160 bb7, and a hog rim! New back wheel: adamant fixed laced to a koxx rim. Also have sanded down my bars to silver and half of my booster which has been cut to 2-bolt. Slowly getting rid of the colours! (Derbi pics below)

Not sure about the stem, im sure an echo team would be better, other then that it will be lovely.

If it was in a half decent colour, like all black with a white koxx logo, I rekon it would look ok. I would definately ride it if it were a nicer colour because being koxx it would probs ride nice. That new 08 monty with the kink in the top tube looks horrible in that bronze colour, but try and visualize it in a better colour, for me that aswell looks super nice.

You got a pic of that mate? Tis seriously light. Mine is about 9.5kg, I havent drilled anything though! Anything that is drilled on my bike was bought like that. Gonna get the drill out soon though.
