Yeah send it back to hope, They should give you a brand new hub as they have fantastic customer service.However, that might have only been because of the 06 ones cracking and having them replaced so you mite have to pay the 40 quid service charge.However, you have to pay for postage.

Well your obviously not tightening them up correctly, the cones have two nuts which should tight up against each other. So tighten your cones up to where you want it then tighten the other nut against it to prevent it from coming loose.

Right well basically, im looking into this t-mag as it seems ok, But im a little worried as it seems to seem like a stolen bike or something, The bloke knows absolutely nothing about the bike and reckons the back wheel is 3-4 inches wide.
