I thought maxxis discontinued them a while ago, it was just the fact that tarty had them still in stock and wanted to get rid of them hence the cheaper reduced price.

Are the monty cranks 22 or 24 tooth? as for a mission you should have 24tooth, as it would be with 24:18

They also lack in power due to having a smaller piston, they often snap do to its plastic construction. But if you buy an hs11 and just change the lever it becomes a hs33

Hey matey welcome to the forum, Im guessing youve read the rules, as if you haven't... do, as it will save you hassle. Do you ride any other bike at the moment? Bmx or mountain bike? - just might me helpful if you rode bmx you could do mod for example. But its down to preference mostly. Have fun!

Age doesnt really matter, nor does ability in most cases. Trials is about having fun, so even going out with any rider and learning will be fun.

Wouldnt work mate, the bolt is sunk below the metal so you would have to cut into the lever before you can get access to the bolt.
