You mite as well keep it on sunday - cos its alredy been arranged but if you do wanna ride sat then gimme a ring - ask reece for my number cool Nile
  2. Yeah man I need to see if its worth bothering to turn up ,is reece penfold going? I'll get danny wilson and vince out cheers man Nile
  3. I do love that Joe Maher - howz the v brake i gave you ?

  4. Apparently, he died because of reverse dehydration - caused by taking too much water , and the balence of him taking in the water and using the water was not good. So , he got a big headrush and collapsed and died. shame though , 22 years old Nile
  5. yeah, it probably is because its an undrilled rim so it should theoretically be stronger, But at the expence of weight. cheers Nile
  6. Hi They're good tyres but are a softer compound so would have a faster wear rate than the creepy crawlers. I run creepys at the moment and feel theyre good all round tires, I would say get a new set of creepys if you want tires to last for a few months , but if not go for the try-alls
  7. Cool , where we meeting ? Can we have a little more details please! nice one, cheers Nile
  8. yeah I agree , if you can't spell mate , use the spell check , thats what its there!
  9. Hi If your going to buy a rim, get a try-all or get a echo 07. Viz rims tend to be on the heavy side. I run a try-all on the front and a echo 07 on the back, I feel it gives a light feel to the bike rather than my mates who has the same bike but runs viz rims and makes the bike heavy. cheers Nile
  10. Toxsin are designed in taiwan , not sure if theyre actually made there or what. cheers Nile
  11. There good pads , i used to run them on a smooth rim and it held well but don't get dust on the rim as it makes the pad sh*t and found that out the hard way! I run a medium grind and its brilliant a grips like no other pad (in my opinion) cheers Nile
  12. Could you check the link please mate as I and some other people can't get on it ? nice one cheers Nile
  13. I feel that it depends on what rim you have as some rims keep they're grind and some don't. I have a echo 2007 rear rim and I ground that a few weeks ago, thats kept its grind really well and was a medium to sharp grind. My mates try-all rim has slightly worn down now and we ground it at the same time. Tar isn't that good, and once you put a grind on a rim , you'll notice a definite change. Also tar isn't good in the hot sun.The pads have a habbit of sticking to the rim. get a grind! Nile
  14. yeah , ive heard that the 26" diamondbacks are heavy as well. As said before , Onza t-pros are decent bikes and are very easy to learn on. You can pick them up for about 200 quid for a decent one. cheers Nile
  15. For extra grip at the expense of longer life , get try-all tires Nile
  16. Ive got a t-master hub you can buy off me if you want, you can nick the axle from that or just use this one. Pm me if you want it. cheers Nile
  17. Hi , do you mean it doesn't completely work ? or just doesn't work very well, What model is it as well? well the booster depends on the frame size and most boosters will fit modern frames, just look on tartybikes or other places. cheers Nile
  18. Hi , im using the flatter versions of riser bars , Try-all yourself replicas , there great bars and are very strong. They are very wide as well and noticed a big difference over my previous bars, there ment to help with people who have problems with their wrists. I got them from tartybikes for 36 quid , and in my opinion are worth it too cheers ,Nile
  19. I actually think this bike looks good as it seems to be moving away from the classic type shape and moving their designs to make them like most new age frames like zoo, echo, gus etc but now they have done this I actually want one. The montys at the moment in my opinions have weird frames and that was why I didn't want one, i've riden my friends ones and love them, just hope they make this one as im sure i will want to buy one! cheers Nile
  20. Are those monsterboys good ? is it worth the £595 frame only from tartybikes? Nice bike anyhow Nile(Y)
  21. Have you checked with the bank that he has cashed the cheque yet ? you never know. Well if you said he posted it on thursday, it could still come tommorrow mate. Cheers,Nile
  22. I love making people think that trials is cool and love seeing them watching me riding as it makes me happy to know that they feel that what I do is not something you see everyday. I think that makes me to stay riding. I also like that the longer I ride , the better I become as i practise until im happy with it. This gives me a sense of achievement and is a great feeling. thats mainly why I'm still riding Nile
  23. Vince mate, its only been 4 days since he sent the item, these things happen are are always not on time. Just be patient and let it come. you never know, it could come tommorow. This whole fuss is a bit quick don't you think ? People on this forum who think they have been conned wait at least a week to see if it does come. Just wait , thats all im saying. cheers dude , hope you finally get it. Nile
  24. Hi , the differednce between wider and narrower rims are that when you put the tyre on the rim , the wider the rim , the tyre will be wider which will give a wider 'footprint' and therefore more grip. However wider rims tend to be heavy , especially undrilled wide rims. So unless your a weight nut and want a feather light bike , the narrow mavic will be fine but obviously won't give as much of a footprint. The alex rim will make the back end a bit heavyer as well so you would have to bear that in mind as well. cheers ,Nile
  25. The weather was nice... A little too nice for my liking, it got very hot down southend seafront today and after a few small bits of riding , I was nackered! , wasn't that I done much either. The heat just made me feel like taking a lay down right in the middle of me hopping off a rock. I got very dehydrated very quickly and that didn't help at all. still , this weather is nothing , we've got to wait till summer!
