Well basically, theres a girl i like, but she likes another boy, and ive liked her for a while. Nothing has really happened between her and the other boy, but whenever we go out shes proper flirty, but the next day she will be off with me on msn or something. and the "flirty on the night and then off the next day" thing has 70% of the times ive been out with her. for example on sunday there was a BBQ, me a boy and 4 girls. she was there, and we were all drinking, and shes sitting on my lap, asking for piggybacks and carrys, asking me "who i fancy atm" and general flirting, dancing with me, etc. basically pestering me the whole afternoon in a flirty way. then i was saying goodbye to everyone, and she comes over, jumps at me, gives me a proper hug, like legs wrapped round not letting go for about 30 seconds, the there was like a weird pause and she kisses me on the cheek. Then today, she was being off, like, i said "hii! you okay?!" on msn, and she just goes "yh u?" when usually she would go "SHEEHAN! you okay?!" or something, and its been like that every time we have been flirty. You may think that shes just flirting and shes a slut, but she is a virgin, not a bad thing about her. Then theres the kid she likes, some proper obnoxious dick, whos just playing her and she doesnt see it. I was thinking about leaving it for a while, and as she and the boy are going to different colleges then i could make a move, but then today on myspace I told her that i like her and how i felt, but she hasnt replied yet. Does that mean ive blown it, or is she embarrased or something?

Basically, i bought what i thought was a t-mag back at the beginning of the year, but infact was conned out of £280 of my money. I know this, because i paid, the "seller" didnt contact me and then reposted the bike again, but with a different location (was cornwall, but then was co durham). So here i am, 6 months later, and STILL down £280, annoyed with paypals refund policy of which they have not looked into my case with much, if ANY thought. So im asking if anyone has had any experience with them refunding money, as it was blatant fraud, and im STILL down £280.
