Old people in the shops, and on the road. Why do they have to stop randomly in the middle of an isle, and randomly on the road. That gets royally on my tits..

Assuming that's a USA?

Brian.

Once exams are over I will get something half decent up and running though!

Want a name that's unrelated to me as a session musician. Was thinking Tnek Mot, but then realized it was too obvious. Just makes sure people don't think of me as a Producer/Writer over a session musician.

Someone type Google into Google again? Mine's being dodgy too.

I know, but I'm working on it. Trying to get some color co-ordination going, and it's just not happening properly at the moment. Think I want the page wider but more centralized.

I know for a decent Fender £700 isn't much, but it's still a lot of money. And in the current econimcal climate, with instrument manafacturers cutting back on how many instruments they're making, the prices of 2nd hand gear should as story fortells get more expencive. It will take about £20 and a day of my own time to re-fit my strat to standard, mainly because I still have all the original parts. In todays prices, I'd expect mine to make £600 - £1k (with all the equipment on it), even though I've spend about £2k on it. It's like personalising a car really. I can believe the Denmark Street strat thing, people who buy 'Ghetto/Oldschool' strats want them to be original condition (aka) - no resprays, which I've noticed quite a few had done in the 60's - 70's. On the flip side. I've left my Teli alone 100%, not changed any parts, but might have some of the neck re-fretted with original frets. I payed about £250 for it, and now it's gone up a considerable amount, not going to say the amount, but just have a look on Ebay. Not planning on selling it any time soon though as I love playing it.

Well, it's a Mexican? But it is proper Fender.. not that Squire rubbish that's been produced recently. Might bring a USA back later in the year, along with a USA J-Bass or something. They've always said they keep the best USA in the USA.

Finally got the Strat into one piece, I've also figured out the amount spent on her through the years, after finding all the receipts for the work that's been done. Made me think I should have kept it standard. 11 Years old now.

Because it was early in the morning, and I didn't have my head on, per usual.

OK Boys and girls insulting me for something I specifically pointed out had just been started, lets see your just started projects and let me mock them? What's that, no, I won't mock them. The fact that you're saying I'll be making the internet suffer personally shows that you have not a spark of intelligence in you, because you can't realize that it has just been started, thrown together, and is going to grow. Jesus, some of you are older than me, grow the hell up.

Seeing as I've started having to use my music myspace for more professional stuff, I've had to take my dance tunes and remix's off. So, I've created this.. http://hendrixmaster.tumblr.com/ It's only just been started, but I'll hopefully build on it, and make it something decent. Any comments on anything are appreciated. I know it's rubbish at the moment though.

Seeing as they didn't have the device in place which could have stopped the whole thing occurring, sue them. It won't cost them anything probably, as has been said before.
-
Yes. Even if it wasn't something which specifically could happen in that work place, if it did happen, I would. Seeing as they're suppose to have regulations in place to stop things like that happening. Same as if you get RSI at a typing job. You could probably technically sue them for it.. I think?

I'm liking it so far dude. The intro is interesting, setting the atmosphere, and then building. Nicely done. Edit. Had a listen to most of the mix now, and I must say it sounds very good, maybe needs a bit more bottom end, but that's all I can pick out of it. That could very possibly be my speakers too, so I'll have a listen through the Volvo's system in a bit.

That was just not needed, at all. Just because you know more about cars than me gives you no excuse to make me look stupid. If you were talking about guitars and what equipment you had, you wouldn't see me taking the piss out of your set up, ever. Edit: To add. Little bit of tinkering can be used in a very lean term, which can mean a lot or a little. Could I been meant in a facetious way, which in this term it was.

You do realise GTi's aren't all they're cracked up to be? I also never said how long mine kept up with them for. Carbs set up by my neighbor who has has a damn load of engine tuning experience made it pull so much better, and the note of better a tyre made it not slip when accelerating. For all I know the other drivers didn't floor it, but mine damn well kept up with them. It's funny how people on TF just jump to conclusions as soon as someone says something, or take the micky out of their decisions.. And to add; have you seen some of the Clio's that have had a decent amount of money spent on the engine? They're actually very fast. We're not talking the conversions..
-
Injectors, Carbs, Pipes, Better air supply. I got my clio keeping up with 206gti's by having it tuned to the nutts, but still legal. Probably why the engine turned into poo.
-
Insurance is going to be 1/4 on the clio of what it is on the Saab. Plus, clio's are really nice economical cars, and have a personality about them. Plus, with a bit of tinkering, can be crazy fast..

You could try and get a Citizens Advice Solicitor to have a look at what he's done, he'll clarify if it was or wasn't illegal, and if you have a leg to stand on if you decide to sue him. Though doing it from Canada - UK could be a potential pit-fall, plus he'll probably find a scapegoat. Sorry to hear it happened though dude.
