Helllo, Bought a set of plaz pads from new around a week ago and run them on a smooth rim, they wroked amazing but i got bored of repeating the task of having to keep applying tar because the pads just seem to eat it, so i put a fresh grind on and had the pads hitting square and at the same time, went for a quick blast out the front of my house on the curbs, nice bite, noise, not as loud asual though, no hold though Went a cleaned my rim with white spirit, sanded the top layer of the pads off, still no better can anyone suggest whats up with them or what i can do to solve it ?
