Try putting an elastic band from the bar to the lever, its makes the lever blades easier to pull, theres a pic of it on stans ozonys in the bike pictures thread. Edit : pic.

story of my life, bikes broke atm has been for a week, bearings went in the front hub, so left it a few days, went down to my local bearing shop, they said theyd phone around, few days later they phone, they cant find anything, ordering a new hub tomo morning but i cant be f**ked waiting for some other perso to build it for me so il have a crack at it myself. meanwhile il be on here. bored as hell atm.
