First use your syringe to pump a good amount of water through thus getting rid of old oil. Now get yourself a bucket of water, submerge your whole brake set then whilst under the water take your bleed bolt off the brake cylinder and pump your lever a good few times. Replace your bolt (still under the water) then repeat with the brake lever. Bolt out, pump your lever a good few times, bolt back in. All the time keeping your ENTIRE brake set under the water. works for me.

The first part of the video is in Castlefield which is about ten minutes pedaling distance from the triangle (marks and spencer,big tele on't wall). We go to the main road and pedal away from marks and sparks. Just ask random people where Castlefield is. Couldn't be easier.

It doesn't put me off in the slightest. This kind of story is on the news almost every day. Today Bacup, tomorrow somewhere else and so on. Reading this story makes me very angry and i feel sorry for the people and parents involved in the attack. The attackers should be severely punished but not to death as i think they should live in shame for what they have done but tools like these little scrotes never learn. Hands and feet cut of sounds ample. Maybe even brand the little bastards fore heads with white hot irons so every one knows what they have done.

Don't be put off by age or others opinions, I turned 31 two months ago and the only thing stopping me from riding is a broken pawl in my free hub. Bummer.

Just weighed mine on some bathroom scales and it came to 8.4 KG. Not bad i suppose.

I used to own a piss pot style helmet but found that the lovely spongey lining retained sweat like a mo f**ka which in turn went into my eyes. Quite annoying really. I own a BELL at the moment but just love the FOX FLUX stone camo version. When trying the FOX FLUX i found it to be a much better fit than the BELL but i do have a pee sized skull.

How do Alex. I am a Manchester rider(well Atherton is my town) and if you ride into Manc city center there must be 1001 objects to choose from. I too had a Pace trials bike. Nifty little bike but about a mile to short for me. What bike are you riding now?
