I agree with everything you say kris, but as a business people shouldn't really have to leave testimonials saying ''yes I got what I ordered, when it should be here'' because that's what is expected of the company. The thing is every month now there's a topic about trials-uk, which is supposedly a business. If none of these topic's were made, and no action was taken, im sorry but I personally think that people, even as far back as Simpson with the Ko Frame, would still be waiting for there problems to be sorted. I just think Dan's to laid back about things, and things such as ''were having problem with the phones,'' is complete shit, when the numbers 07841... I think to be fair, Dan's had his chance and people are going to have to accept when ordering your facing a risk. I also think its possibly time Legal action was taken, ive read all the topics tonight and they just seem like problems which don't exist and seem to be all down to laziness. Yes he runs a business on his own, but that is his decision, and there is responsibilities that come with it. I mean, surely it doesn't take 30 seconds longer, to check you've got the right color, or the right item. Tarty, care about customers and reputation, it seems as if T-UK is all about money, money, money. Thats just my view..
