  1. It does make sense, I could potentially have worded it a bit better but my point still stands. You can forgive a post made gone midnight after much G&T for some poor wording can't you? Did you even bother to read the rest of the post? The fact you haven't commented on it makes me think you did and probably agree. So are you just commenting to cause an argument? And yup, I ignored it because it wasn't going anywhere and despite what some people think I couldn't be arsed to argue with you about how much of a cock you think I am. Feel free to strike the conversation up in this thread because it is also shit and going nowhere, but keep it out of the car thread.

    So...

Yeah, but Tom also said we could make build threads on our cars...I don't think he had his head screwed on at the time. Can we make a "The have an argument with Jardo thread"?
  3. Awesome, lets kick a start sexual equality by focusing solely on one sex. High five for that shit. I used to race, train, ride and regularly get my arse kicked by women. There is a roaring scene for women in biking, down here in the South West I would see almost as many female riders as I do male, and most of them kick arse. Stupid things like this do nothing to build the image of female riders and help bring them onto the same level as men, in fact they just distance them further from male riders because we wouldn't want to be associated with gay stuff like this. Female riders will never be able to compete with male riders within the same rankings, because the equiv' elite rider will has far more build, strength, stamina and energy than the female. It is only natural, it isn't a bad thing but it is just the way it is. Actual riders don't see a male/female divide in terms of respect, talent, involvement or importance to the sport, people who read MBUK on the other hand do. /input from me.
  4. Anybody on here ever used D2 coilovers?
  5. I have see stuff like thay with T&T lol I showed it to my friend who owns a company called bus stop, he said £500 too.
  6. That's what I think it is worth. You thinking higher or lower? Has it got any MOT?
  7. Geek. Useful info, didn't realise they were injected in that way. Are PD's like that too? Cool man, I will come say hi when I am on my way there or on my way back. Think Lou might be coming with me too. Good luck with the exam, we'll make a motorsport development senior out of you yet.
  8. As Prawn says, I didn't think the Foci were direct injection? - I am pleased with everything I have read of the RS2, and I drove one yesterday and it was great. The car I drove yesterday was everything I wanted to do to mine and felt really good. 970KG'snd 194bhp = a LOT of fun. It is a better power to weight ratio than my A3, which was the fastest car in the world. It is the easiest way to 195bhp without cutting slam panels, fitting bonnet pins, losing trip computer stuff etc. Just bolt on and off you go! Also the RS2 is supported by Fastchip so I can map it myself. I also drove a TB'd Ph1 which was on 15" OZ F1's and it was a very sweet handling car, incredibly nimble and felt a little bit more responsive than mine. Agreed the TB's had more pull but to be honest the fuel economy was shocking, the engine bay looked messy and the guy said he was forever realigning them and balancing because he drove it daily. Also Stone Automotive (who make the RS2) and going to be doing a bit of a deal woon which will bring the price down a little. Sorry Robin I won't be going this weekend but I am going back on the 3rd if you are about? By Ben Moore do you mean curly haired Ben with the A3?
  9. Nahh, in the fuel tank. It'll do as much as one of those sprays in my experience, the sprays seem to be a bit pony. But try either, it's up to you man. Without proper agitation the coke won't just fall off
  10. Give it a quick go yeah, personally I'd just put a fivers worth of petrol in it.
  11. If you COULD dislodge all that shit just by going through the ports it would end up caking around the valve seats as well as dropping into the chambers. The bits of coke stick on the piston bowls/compression bowl in the head, when they get super hot they can cause hot spots and pre-ignition. Not so much of a problem with a diesel, but still pretty shit and not really possible without getting the head off. *Just editing to clarify, it does NOT result in knocking/pinking. It is a different issue and is actually addressed as pre-ignition.
  12. They would have to take the head off obviously, and I am pretty certain those valve seats are new. Plenty of caustic and acidic cleaners that can de-coke like that, not to mention shot blasting with walnut shells. You could do it at home, if you were handy with spanners and could do a cambelt yourself.
  13. I paid a deposit on an RS2 manifold today, they are going into production again next month and I should have mine by the end of July. Sick,
  14. Prawn, why you no ring back? I have news
  15. Thanks, the smiley makes it all better. x
  16. For dizzles I'd just go with Revo or something, Niki doesn't seem to be THAT amazing at diesels. You still in Portsmouth Gaz? *errr just seen Portsmouth lol I'd go to JKM.
  17. No not at all, in the real world the things I say and the way I say them would have context. On the intenet I am just another faceless opinion that you guys don't care about. But usually when people have met me they understand that I might say some stupid shit and be a bit mental but actually I have my head screwed on and I am a pretty nice guy despite what they want to think. I am fed up with arguing with you guys over it, I come on here and apart from Robin I am the most informative and helpful poster in this thread. Any question, and help, amy information I am the first one to try and give a proper informative answer and help out. I may sugar coat it in some crazy bollocks, but f**k you guys because there isn't a single person who has posted in this thread that I haven't helped out at one point. f**k me, I even offered to do a head gasket on JD's Golf once!
  18. JD, the reason peopele respect me outside of the internet is because I AM awesome. You guys just need to accept it and take my word for it.
  19. Tbf though JD that's the way you come across a lot of the time too. I wouldn't say I was an underachiever, I was in a 30k job and my girlfriend and I had a house when I was 20, I wouldn't say I know a little but have a lot of enthusiasm, I know a lot and studied hard to get where I am, I would say I am a massive opinionated and materialistic cock with a superiority complex. But it's part of my personality, people who actually know me understand it and realise it is just a massive fascade and I am secretly dieing inside because nobody likes me. By a means tell me I am a massive C that's cool, and I will apoligise and agree that I am a bit of a tool. However when people start bluring the boundries and saying this that and the other about me it just makes me more of a massive C and makes me dig a bigger hole. Keep ot factual and I can take the critisism, but playground pettyness like calling me a brown nose when you have nothing to base it on and no knowledge of what we are talking about is just stupid. Love to all, xx
  20. It does have a relation to R Tech though, because we had been telling George to get his old car car mapped by R Tech for over a year and he went and got it mapped by gAyMD.. As long as he is happy that's all the matters, but I'm still going to rib him for it though.
  21. Cool man, as long as it's ok by you TF is so dull these days, how come there are no page long rants at each other and nobody to get super shitty with you for everything you say. Seems odd. Thankfully I can't see whatever you have posted on my phone, it just says [posted image]. I'd be more than happy fot you to explain why I was being a brown nose though, seeing as I told Seamons he should have gone to R Tech weeks ago, I can't see how there is anything in this thread which could bring you to that conclusion. Unless you took a bump to the head last night?
  22. True true. But you need to know the person to pass comment on them, otherwise you are ill-informed. So forgive me for not taking too much notice or offense to what somebody who doesn't know me off an internet forum has to say about me.
  23. When you know as much as I have forgotten about cars, you can comment. Until then, keep your smart arse digs somewhere relevant. Ttfn. X
  24. Probably wouldn't have happened if you had of gone to R-Tech, because you'd have constantly been in the car driving it.
