coust pads in cnc vee backings and a light grind sd5's should be fine.. just a bit more spongy than sd7's or ultimates but deffinitely get a sd7 lever, you then have the red dial so that you can adjust the stiffness/spongyness/power get some decent cable on there too, linear slik cable is good
