Having used both the BB5 and the BB7, my money would be on the BB7. So much easier to setup and a lot less rattle and noise from the caliper body. It'll make life so much easier for you.

Yeah just the standard foam stuff, it took me about a can and a half and in total took about 2/3 hours but that was leaving the foam on for about half an hour to 45 minutes at a go. I also only used the wire wool at the end, if I used it from the start it wouldn't have taken so long.

I've literally just done this to my rear rim and I used Mr. Muscle oven cleaner and some wire wool. And from a short distance it looks perfect.

Just curious, but reason might that be?

I'm running 20-16 atm on 165mm cranks and I am still finding it tough to get used to. It feels too easy for ups and stuff, unlike the 20-14 on the same cranks I was running.

I ran v's front and rear on my old Pure and I loved them. I wish I could run one on the rear of my Simtra without the worry of the adaptors breaking
