ben i do believe i used it to take the crank off but the end got stuck in the bb lol. Adam

park tool do make them for isis cranks, but they have a black handle and the blue handle is for square tappered cranks. they have different size ends, you can also buy new end bits for them they are about £4 if i remember correctly. Adam.

Damn ive been meaning to wack this up for a few days now lol, im up for it and so is james but the station is tinyand you have to go to par and then change to go newquay so its much easier if you can get lifts. Adam

Ive used the boiled water job on about 10 pairs of pads now and it works really well, just put the pads in a pan full of water then put them on the hob for about 5-10 mins and tada jobs a goodun. This method also works well with pasta . Adam.

The best brake i have ever had was the heatsink backings with koxx reds in them. the cousts work really well to but i found that reds were just a little bit better. Adam
