  1. Your old gear ratio (20/19) would be equal to 1.052 22:18 would be 1.222 22:19 would be 1.157 20:18 would be 1.111 20:17 would be 1.176 20:16 would be 1.25 18:15 would be 1.2 18:16 would be 1.125 16:14 would be 1.142 The lower the numbers, the lower the gear! As for your tyre clearence, you should be fine! As you can see the 74kings tensioner only moves your hub a little, nothing to worry about! I hope i've been of some help to you, cai

  3. Street, I think i'll love natural when i get a chance to ride something better than Tenby! But I'm just a street rider.

    Crank Help

I hope it will work, because i've done the same thing to my brand new echo forged crank (left hand side) aswel. Well to be fair it wasn't me it was my mate who did it while I was tensioning the chain. I don't know much about helicoils, i thought you could only get them in maggie mount sizes, where can you get ones the size of pedal threads?
  7. That put me in my place, lol. But my point is still valid, he needs to get big snail cams or stick to the 'standard' tensioners.

    Help!

    Yey! any pictures?
  9. Nath, your validated! Woo!

Have you nitromorsed your frame yet? And will I be getting any back? Forks looks lush, can't wait to see the finished product mate.

  10. Nath, you'll have to get pretty big snailcams to fit your bike, unless you shorten your chain a wee-bit. (My monty snail cams were fine untill the chain streched a little and then they couldn't reach the bolts any more. And i ride the 07 t-comp, so it would proberly be the same story) As for the m5 bolts Tarty sell them for a pound - Here I've bent and snapped both my onza tensioners, brought some gusset/4jeri ones and the haven't failed me yet. Gusset Tensioners - There only £6, and are alot sronger than other tensioners due to them being steel (there no onza cheese). Trust me Nath.
  11. I find the clark's cable sets awsome for the price and overall preformance.
  12. I would of said so, but it all depends on what set up you run. One problem i've just thought of might make the whole 'sitting nice and flat' thing go terribly wrong, on the bottom of the v-daptors there are three hole so that you can move the canti mount either 1.closer to the rim 2.standard 3.further away from the rim if you have to use 1 or 3 i dought it'll make much difference but theres a chance it could.
  13. get the echos for £40 and you say you can get a tensile freewheel for £15, do that. you can always nitromors/paint the cranks + bash. And my tensile freewheel has lasted my nine months so far and still no skips.
  14. the zoo, adamant and c'zar frames may be released in the sumer like the c'zar 07 was. *summer
  15. From the images i've seen there flat on the bottom so no worries about that, you may have to get longer bolts than the four which are supplied though (to fit through the booster aswel)
  16. Yeah, that'd be your cheapest option. If i can find any i'll post it up.
  17. they don't transform the headset, they go in the headtube. i've seen them on a limely before, they go into the frame like an internal headset does, and then you can put a standard headset into that. it's supposed make a stonger 'standard headtube' than the actual 'standard headtubes' found in most frames.
  18. +1 Krisboats' video is by far the best for an easy understanding of rim grinding! It explanes all.. exept protection.
  19. Bonjour and welcome to the forum, I'm 6ft and 10 stone 9, and currently ride an onza t-comp- just speced up a bit. - i highly recomend it to someone new to trials. Onza t-pro's/comp's are by far the best starting trials bike, look after it and it will last you ages! Like others have said look on ebay for them, there aren't many on there right now but things pop up all the time. So goodluck finding the bike for you.

    Helmet

i've asked this before and the general opinion was they were decent wait but they dont sit still.
  21. Does anyone have a picture of this 'White Proto'?
  22. If your taking the light approach, get the viz! If your after something heavier but stronger get the echo! (the links are in the 's)
  23. viz bb, - £14 monty internal headset, - £43 (if you keep your onza frame) echo lite frame, - £229 meta headset, - £29 (if you get a echo lite frame) cut the steerer and remove all the spacers, replace the muscle men of yours? that'll save you a bit, and it'll cost you quite abit to mind! EDIT: spelling mistake
