    Knee Pains..

My Dad had the same thing in both knees, but that was from playing Rugby for the last 30 years! He had to have massive opperations on both, (it costed like £3000 per knee) and he coudn't walk for 8 weeks! - I hope you don't have to have that done!
  2. Perhaps you have very lazy pistons? If so follow this guide to fix them - it's worth a try!
  3. Awsome, what price could I expect for one? And what colour(s)?
  4. The XTP is sex on wheels! I'm not so keen on the Kamels!
  5. There called 'Armourdillo Downtube Protectors', they wrap around your downtube and have protective rods runing through it to stop dents to your downtube. Heres a review of them. I brought mine off of Ebay, brand new, but that was 6 months ago. Unfortunatly they've now gone in to doing SkateBoard Decks - Here's the site. Me and Ozzy were talking about this the other day. We said someone (ie. TartyBikes) should make a copy with 'TartyBikes' printed down the side, they could even do them in different colours to match your setup! - I'd by one (in green ) Would you buy one?

TartyBikes) should make a copy with 'TartyBikes' printed down the side, they could even do them in different colours to match your setup! - I'd by one (in green )
  7. So you ask for peoples advice on what to do, and then you ignore it completely! As said above, tap the star-fangled nut from underneath until it comes out. Then just hammer in a new one - much quicker, and less complex then your 'theory'.
  8. Chances are you've got an axle thats between 119mm - 122.5mm, What you need is 127.5, heres an Echo one. £12.

    Zhi News

Wrong, Yao Zhi was a former Zoo rider. And went on to do his own products.
  10. I've never tried anything made by Meta, but I know Viz are good reliable trials products. I'd get the Viz ones, cheaper, and more choice of colour two!
  11. Yeah it's a top-cap! The inside of the steerer has a thread in it, and that just screws in. Its stronger than the standard top-cap, bolt and star-fangled nut. Smart Guys have them to. As the threads only go a little way down, I'm not sure what you'd to is you cut the steerer? *what you'd do if you cut the steerer
  12. Apperently it was first called 'Tenby Trials' Which is a bit of a shocker, I'm from Tenby! But I have also heard that it was called 'Sidehop', not sure if this is true or not?
  13. Helicoil! Because helicoils are made of steel, they are actually stronger than the original threads in your magura mounts. Your local bike shop should be able to do it for relitively cheap! (or an engineers should be able to do it).
  14. I have the same grind as you do (was sharp and light by Tarty, now its basicly smooth) and I run Magura Brown pads, the sound & bite is okay, but hold is amazing! I'm going to purchase a grinder soon though, and perhaps some Rock Blues!
  15. Very nice!!! Why no C'zar stickers?
  16. Just make sure your turning the freewheel anti-clockwise, if not your going to be in a right pickle!
  17. My tensiles lasted my for nine months so far, and still no problems. If it ever dies though, I'm definatly getting a Try-All!
  18. Well I've never seen it done to a BMX before, but I'd imadgen it would work. At the end of the day, your only removing material thats not used. As long as it's done evenly there should be no problems! *imagine
  19. Definatly replace the T-Bird cranks! There so unreliable with the chainrings bending and snapping. Also a T-Pro frame and perhaps Echo Lite forks would make life easier for you when learning. But getting 'good' parts doesn't mean you'll be a better rider, it'll only make things easier.
  20. Yeah, But the 122.5mm axle echo's and viz would work just aswel mind!
  21. Maggies are fine as they are, besides one buckle with this 'single piston magura' and your screwed! EDIT: bad spelling

    From Webcylery

Cool, It would proberly provide better balance on the front wheel, but you can't really say without riding it first.
  23. Onza did them on Reggie and Ronnie rims a while back.
  24. Helicoil! Your local engineers should be able to do it for relatively cheap, Tenby Tyres do two for £7-50!
  25. I can't belive that I just read 75 posts of 'The Defination of a Chav'. I need to get out more.
