  2. Thanks for pointing this out to us but our trial at Barrow Farm takes place this weekend every year at the specific request of the landowner to commemorate his fathers death. Hope you can get up to one of our trials sometime, weve got 2 more in Kent, one in Surrey and one more in Essex not including a demo in Brentwood on the 8 June Dave B Many thanks for the offer to observe, we are a couple down at the moment, but it will be no trouble for you to ride if you want to - we can sort on the day See you there either way Dave

  5. Round 3 of the EBTC championship this Sunday at Barrow Farm Chelmsford, Essex. If you havent already sent your form in and want to ride then give me a ring on 01702 559137. For those of you who dont already know, Barrow Farm is used by a charity who gives the opportunity of riding horses to the disabled and the proceeds from this event are given to the charity so come on guys give them your support. There will be two laps of 10 sections including three manmade, riding over landrovers/cotton reels/pallets/pipes etc!! Brand new log sections plus usual woodland sections - lots of work has been put into this event. Its a great venue if you want family/friends to have a look at what we are about - even the weather looks as if its going to smile on us Hope to see you there Dave Bradley

  8. What a great start to the British Championship season - as ever a great venue, ten good sections and after last years rain and cancelled event, the weather was kind to us!!! Observed on section 10 and was impressed yet again with the standard of riding we have in this Country - well done all and to those who didnt come you missed an excellent trial. Dave B
  9. Round 1 BIU British Biketrial Championship 27 April - not got an ACU licence? no problem they can be applied for on the day. It would help if you bring a passport size photo of yourself (not necessary if you had a licence last year) Dave B

  15. Just got back from work and eating my dinner - will carry on with results again tonight - will let you know when they will appear on UKbiketrial website - hopefully tomorrow.   22. Jim Connor is the person you need to speak to - owner of Hook Wood. He allows practice if pre arranged with him - cost £10 per rider per day - telephone no. 01483 285727. Not easy to get to without a car but could be done from Guildford but be prepared for a long walk!!!! Spoke to Jim this week and he stressed NO ONE TO TURN UP WITHOUT PRE-ARRANGING WITH HIM dave b
  23. Hi New to the forum but been around trials for 20 plus years dare I say... Organise the trials for you youngsters in the Essex and Kent area. Well now on to the topic ... excellent idea for BIU changes as this will mean one champion for each age category and one overall champion for the yellow route. You can ride the bike more suitable to you or the terrain, less rules but the best rider rules ok!!!! dave b
