  9. Yes take a look at the picture please. There is no space to make holes... I am still waiting for an answer from Onza.I think that the warranty doesn't cover such situations but I want them to see this crack...maybe for a later upgrade on the next year's frames.
  10. I e-mailed them and waiting for answer. Thanks to everyone for your help
  11. Tensiles are very reliable freewheels. And I have managed too clean it and replace some springs easily. It hasn't skipped since now
  12. Thanks The crack is as seen at the picture...You can see that it's opened and you can see the freewheel behind. There is also a small crack that starts near the hole where the bolt of the hanger should be.(I don't know if you can see it at the picture)

    Crack...

Hi. I ride a Onza Cleaner 26'' bike that's about 1 and 1/2 years old. Yesterday,I received my rear wheel from my local bike shop and while I was tightening the bolts of the wheel I noticed a crack just behind the derailleur hanger... What could made such damage to the bike? I am not an experienced rider but I ride quite smooth and I hardly ever crash the bike on an edje... Neither I do big moves like huge drops or hooks... So...what should I do now? Is there any way to weld this? Or a new frame is needed?and if yes what frame?I can't spend much on a new frame and it's not sure that my parents will leave my buy one... I searched a bit and found that http://www.tartybikes.co.uk/product.php?pr...;category_id=14 (this was the cheapest modern trials frame I found) From your experience...whats the average life of a trials frame if ridden smoothly? And which frame is strong and stiff?(I don't care about the weight) If you have any other solution or modification that will save my frame please tell me...
  14. I can't manual and can't do front wheel hops...
  15. Tensile!Really reliable freewheel and it will last...
  16. Yes I caught myself doing this yesterday and I realised that it is easier to achieve that when you're landing with the rear wheel to a spot from a pedalkick or a sidehop. It happens only for 3-4 seconds though...

    I really enjoyed watching it.Nice music.Nice Video
  18. Oh I just found my mistake...The freewheel was engaging with the springs. An that because I had put the pawls between the one and other side of the spring and they could engage. They were just pushing the springs and the springs were engaging the freewheel... So I understood now..But how must I put the freewheel together again?Fisrt pu the pawls and the springs, keep them compressed and add the outer teeth?or put the outer teeth and then the springs?
  19. I just opened it. I don't believe it. I can't find what's wrong. If I put the outer teeth in the other direction then the freewheel not engages at all. The springs ang the pawls are all ok in excellent condition and put in the right place...
  20. This moring I received mt order from tarty and decided to fix my tensile freewheel... It was opened,I haden't removed the pawls ,I only changed the springs... I pput the freewheel alltogether and added a little super glue to the lockring's threads (because I use the ff freewheel with a rear hub) so not to loosen itself again and fell apart. But then I saw that the freewheel was engaging in the opposite direction!!! Where I did the mistake? What should I do now?I have the freewheel opened in front of me... Thanks.
