  10. That was just AMAZING! I have been waiting for so long to see you in action again! Raw TGS power!
  11. About 2 weeks to learn the technique. In the beginning I couldn't actually calculate where I was going to land...it took me 1 month to learn this and start doing some proper gaps. As for the bike...I started riding trials on a standard mountain bike (ideal boomax) and I couldn't pedalhop on that, only some hops on the rear. When I bought a proper trials bike, it was so much easier!
  12. Really enjoyed that!Superb filming!

If you don't want to change your brake then I would recommend the Heatsink Vee Pads on a light grind. I have the magura version of the yellows and they are amazing! They just won't slip!
  14. That's really nice man!!! Bet it rides so smooth and streety! Like the color scheme too!Have fun with it!
  15. I have the same problem too. It may help to read this section at trashzen.com REMOVING MENTAL BLOCKS Everything it's in your mind.Start on low objects and go for bigger only when you're comfortable with the previous height. That has worked for me until now. And BELIEVE IN YOURSELF.Before you make that sidehop tell to yourself that you are going to stick your foot to the pedal no matter what. Hope that helps. Nick
  16. Last time I went through this I bought a new disk brake. But muc-off and a good cleaning may work for you. If not, and you want to buy another Avid disk brake, you should go with the BB7.It's a fantastic brake and you get tremendous braking power.I'm currently running one and I'm very pleased with it!
  17. I would say go with 18T front.I'm currently running a 18:15 ratio on a stock and is very nice.
  18. I personally use Magura HS33 (the 2005 model) with standard lever blade and HeatSink CNC Yellow pads which are awesome!!!! Easy to setup, great holding power, great sound. I have also tried a disk to the back but I prefer the feeling of the maguras.
  19. Thank you!I'm glad you like it!
  20. Let me present you.............................. SUPERSTAN AND THE ORANGE SKY!!! This is my piece of artwork. It took me about 8-9 hours until completion and it was sketched with pencils on a high quality paper (50cm x 70cm) Pencils used: 7B,3B,2B,HB,2H,3H and an orange colour pencil. The logo "Superstan" was created by altering some of the letters of the original font used in Superman series and giving it a metal finish. The face was sketched based on the "nanoboxx" photograph and the Koxx Orange Sky based on the photo of the build in the TartyBikes website.I really tried to make my work realistic but also include some comic-style bits. Many thanks to TartyBikes for the unique competition and to Stan Shaw for being such a good rider and model to sketch. Hope you like it! Good luck to everyone!
  21. I really like it!Have fun with it!
  22. Any idea of how can I transfer to the pc my drawing without sacrificing the quality? I'm asking that because my drawing is going to be fairly large as it is sketched on a 50 x 70 cm high quality paper! I haven't such a large scanner...capturing with a digital camera will ruin it won't it?
  23. I'll give it a try for sure!!!Get drawing!!!
