  11. recieved my new bike today, got a 24" leeson of lawnmowerman. LOVE IT. only rode for 5mins, and can't believe how different it feels, in a good way though. \i have many bikes mainly 26" leesons/pashleys/oranges this by far is the best. sits so nice on the back wheel, and the stunt pegs top it off! i stalled a bench and hopped straight to back wheel and i felt like a bmxer! LOVE IT
  12. when i have done grinds in the past i have put the wheel in a vice via the end of and axle , so when you girnd the rim, the wheel turns with it so it gives a nice smooth finish!
  13. my first bike was a gt tempest 99 model in a 14" frame, my actual first trials bike was a handsomedog rockhound frame i put all the gt stuff onto!
  14. cool cool. cant wait to get it! just wondered what people where running these days, i have had those tyres before on a pashley so quite pleased with them ... this will be my first time on a a 24inch though so cant wait really! picked up a pashley 26mhz frame today for £20 ... need to weld a few bits onit but going to make a good 2nd street bike out of that!!!
  15. ive had loads of pashleys, 7 all together and i have to say out of all the bikes ive had so far they are the nuts, getting one again soon as well as my leeson! going to set it up wit sus though! whih will be interesting

  17. went into asda with a mate of mine, saw the dirt mag with chris akgrigg doing sumin stupid on rocks ..... looked abit closer and actually realised he was riding a trials bike BRAKE LESS .... i brought it just for that exspecting some massive arctical for it ..... but no! but have a look if you get a chance ... sod riding a trials bike brake less ... how dangerous!!!
  18. my first car was a saxo furio 1.4. had it lowered 60mm on 18" mono miglia HT3 alloys. oval back box, dimma roll cage ... that was before i passed my test. a lil project of mine if anything. sold that and got a r5 gt turbo for like 700 ... elctrics had gone and wish i never brought it, sold that for the same amount then found out the person sold it on for 1200 ... was well gutted! Then i got a 1.8 16v clio, had that lowered 40mm on kei force 10 wheels ... that was my first car when i passed, but like evryone does, ragged it and blew the engine up! so got the engine replaced sold that on, and then got a seat ibiza cupra 1.8 turbo, got it remapped, piper cross viper kit, 200bhp it was kicking out ..... then some b*****d drove into it outide my house one night ..... now i just have a trek 1.5 2008 road bike ...... NOT HAPPY, getting another ibiza soon though and im only 20 lol like the old skl golfs though, i wld love a g40 polo there the nuts!
  19. to be ohnist i started out on a monty x-hydra (20" with a seat!) cost me about 1000 odd i think. i rode that till things broke and upgraded them parts. its a good way like evryone says finding out advantages and disadvantages on bits. It might be exspensive and time consuming ... but its the way to get a ride u really like!
  20. i have had once with a mates bb7! he knocked the main arm of the caliper (bit the cable clamps to) and due to it being slightly bent locked the brake up!
  21. thats a peach mate, looks the part!
