  1. what a good day, not long got in the door. .! decided to call it a night when i nearly face planted a wall, sweet! I really want to see the pictures the chap in the yellow jacket was taking! The turn out was huge, didn't realise so many people would turn up. The one that happened a few years ago was about 1/10th of the size! Helped some lad out with a new tube, even though totally regret taking half my whole tool box with me, my back is killing!!
  2. cheers for that ... i think he said he was with the mountain biking uk magazine, can't find them anywhere though!
  3. hello . . There was a chap who was taking pictures of riders at the london ride in a yellow jacket . . If anyone knows who this was would be great to see some pictures of me and others.
  4. like the comments left on here about my miss's ..nice one!!!.. thought you lot might like that!
  5. I used to have the 14" zero and the size you have, i used some converted bomber forks and ended up snapping the head tube. i would use either cannondale fatty r's on there or echo urban forks! the frame feels alot nicer with them trust me!
  6. [i think the worse thing i have ever done was i snapped my rim on my koxx v-racing beofre a comp and couldnt find a spare wheen .. the only one i had was my boss's cross bike wheel, which is a 700c (27") road wheel with a disc hub, so i used that on it with a knobly tyre ... well, at least it had loads of tyre clearence!
  7. my girl friend rides trials, loves trials bikes ... as shown below!
  8. hello, what cranks and bottom bracket have you got? sqaure tapper of isis?
  9. yeh still going .. i got that ashton above as well. so use my leeson for park and street and the ashton for doing bigger bits and bobs, and to try and get me to do more natural riding! Leeson can be hard to ride on rocks i find!
  10. magura on the back and any type of v-brake or disc on the front .. cheap brakes i would look at the avid cable discs. Best on the market, hydrolic ones i would look at the hope range, there not cheap new .. but you can get them cheap second hand!
  11. best advice i can give is start bu doing a small endo, so it makes it easier getting on the back wheel. Then like others have said keep your arms straight and knees bent!. I would of thought your going off to the side as your putting all your weight onto one foot! Try and keep nice and straight .... don't worrie if you go backwards as in hop back wards, thats natural! once you have figured it out you will then learn to hop on the spot, than your be back hopping like a god!
  12. my miss's rides, i thinks she is on here as koxxjen
  13. its c/k single speed rear hub. middleburn cranks, un52 b/b, v12 pedals. bontrager carbon seat and odysee bmx thing. front and rear mag's, c/k headset, leeson fork, bontrager stem, ea50 bars, adi grips odysee front b,x hub, sum 24inch rims, cant remember what they are, and maxxis hollyrollers .... lush ride though. wheel base im not to sure on ... the good thing with the bike is you can run pegs on the fromt and back!
  14. this is my leeson 609 .. just painted, still smells wet!!!! LUSH
  15. argosracingcycles are really good if you want a gloss finish, colour chart on there website .. prices varie
  16. thats cool that .. shame about the sunnys
  17. tarty bikes are a thumbs up from me
  18. i am a push bike mechanic, work at halfords in dover (of all places) i've done a nvq level 2 and 3 in it, so its all gravy baby
  19. that is the best looking pashley i've seen in a long time. I had one the same colour as that, brought some halfords touch up pens, painted a union jack on the front (around the pashley badge - NICE!) then had the union jack seat, and the blue bubble rap style top tube cover! But that is awesome, if you ever sell it, let me know ....
