Its still welcomed and there is even a section on wiki about it, I think its just people are lazy and prefer syringe because they dont have to remove the brake and its alot cleaner when going from oil to water as the oil doesn't go in the water in the bucket and go all crappy!

What do you ride more street or natural? If its more street then you can ride a street frame on natural but a natty frame on street wont be as good. The numbers in blue are the shell widths, depending on frame this changes. You will most likely need a 68mm shell width but it varies from frame to frame.
