Anyone know a good Front disc brake cable for about/ under a tenner that will be the right size without cutting it down because when I cut it, it always frays. If it helps Ive measured and about 28-30" or 71-76cm seems about the right size.

Magura is still a good option. Good hold and lock depending on pads and also the authentic trials sound when braking. In a way some discs are crap and some maggys are crap such as discs can go wrong and maggys can too but , Magura can also be easily bled without anything except for a bucket and most of the time in the long run maggys are cheaper.

Thats a top quality bike! yes it would help but its more an intermediate bike for people who have been riding a couple of years. IMO go for something cheaper and then it doesnt matter about trashing it.
