I've just split a Hope Pro2, not the ss/trials version, is there anyway of clamping it together then welding it back up with more alloy wrapped then welded around the driveside to try and keep it together or is it a lost cause? Post if you've got a solution. Reece

If the snail cams dont fix it just use some spacers.

Couldn't you just go to a ride and watch other people in person? Would be easier as you could actually ask questions and they could watch you try stuff and give you advice.

If it's the same problem i had it'll do that forever, got sick of that after an hour, took it apart and found all the fuel that was meant to be going bang was sitting in the big end, nothing to keep it pressurised and flowing around the engine, take it apart and if it's full of fuel at the bottom of the engine it'll be the rings that have gone.

I thought it was alright, if you can, go to leeds, feckin loads of girls.

Had that with my ts100, needs new piston rings.
