As far as im aware the only advantage is that you dont need to run a chain tensioner, ill probably get corrected if im wrong though!

Am i right in thinking that two people have been banned due to this topic, if so thats pretty crazy. Anyway im glad i read this topic because i run a front hope mini (on a stock) and its pretty lame maybe because of the small disc (think its 160 rotor) but after hearing all the good things about the avid disc i might try one. Also just like to add i have run a front magura in the past and found it kind of embarrasing riding around town and through crowded places etc because of the noise, hence why id stay stick to a front disc.

Personally i think isis are the best and i never had a problem with the try-all isis bottom bracket, and ill probably get corrected if im wrong but im pretty sure their one of the lighest aswell.

Why not just make it radial it so much easier, thats the way i built my first wheel its plenty strong enough for the front and looks pretty good to in my opinion.

Might seem like a bit of a silly answer but why dont you just use a front lever for the vee and a rear lever for the disc and just pull them both at the same time, this will obviously only work if you dont use a front brake!

This is the exact problem i had trying to find an 04 lever, there like gold dust now the new ones are ok but my first one lasted a day then i snapped it, the second one i also had a day then snapped the lever blade. If i was you id keep an eye out on ebay you never know you could get lucky.

Sorry tyler t i didnt realise this was a repost, and how was the rim knackered? it looked ok untill they started trying to destroy it, i just think its a waste really i personally would of given it to someone less fortunate than me who does actually have a knackerd rim, or cant afford a better one.

Yeah i suppose it would be pretty fun, but i personally think it would be more satisfying knowing that you did it actually riding like on a big gap or drop or dropgap if that floats your boat.

I was looking on youtube for some trials videos (obviously) and came across this dont know wether its a repost or not but what do you think to these people? Personally i think theyve got issues ......... It is pretty strong though!!!!!

As the title suggests i need someone who can photoshop a picture of my bike for me, the reason is im considering spraying my frame black but before i do this i would like to see what it looks likefirst incase i dont like it. Heres the picture i would like changing if anyone can? Thanks vinny.

It looks like you need to rotate your bars back about 90 degrees unless you like them like that.
