Hehe, bit bieefier than yours eh mate? I bought them like it off matthew62, and as far as i can tell, they're off cuts of another bar, with a slightly smaller diameter metal tube inside, then that runs inside the actual bars Cheers for the comments lads Matt

Oh sorry, i didn't mean it like that Some people don't know what size bike to start on, at least you know what to look for, and what you want Matt

It definately needs a diet! Still seems to ride well, so no complaints so far!

Ayup mate, best bet would be to have a look on eBay You can get high spec bikes very cheaply! For example, you could get a fairly new zoo pythin, echo team etc.. for £3/400. The next thing that you'll have to consider is wheel size! What riding background do you have? Most of the higher spec bikes you will see have all been built up over time by the rider, and it's fair to say that most people know what they're up to! So, don't be afraid to go buying something someone has built, or upgrading your own. Matt

Planning on going dd or just have a random rotor on the back? Really do like that anyway, very clean. Matt
-
Brad, you can continue your begging on msn, spam = not cool
-
You cannot have my bike, ever. One has disc mounts, so it costs more, it has more material in general too
-
Different geo's, One has a disc mount

At last i've finished it! Adaptor just needs a bit of welding and cutting/ drilling. I'm really happy with it now, it's stolen all my money but it rides so nicely!! Spec; Frame: 2005 Zoo Pitbull (short) BB: Try-all on one side, echo on t'other ( i couldn't get one side out ) Cranks: Tensile urban legends Bash: H.E.N Forks: 07 Zoo Pitbull Headset: Chris King Stem: Zoo Bars: Monty 221 ti, extended to 29.5" Brakes: 200mm Hope mono trial, front and rear Front wheel: Chris King ISO, Sapim spokes, Try-all rim Rear wheel: Chris King ISO, Sapim spokes, Echo 07 rim Tyres: Maxxis High Rollers Just like to say thanks to the tarts for the parts, and Neil Tunnicliffe for the frame Matt

I have recently bought some monty 221ti bars extended to 29.5" and i must say they are awesome! Perfect rise for me. Before this, i had some 30" onza carbon bars, which were very good, but lacked the rise for any manually bunnyhoppy fun. I have also had some new style zoo bars, which felt far too low for me would not manual for owt. In the words of matt "the down" Bird, "Monty bars!" Matt
-
Sweeeeet I'm up for both days if you are My steed is done, so it's all kosher now! Matt
-
For someone who is a relative beginner, i would reccommend the A1. It has a less BB rise, so will feel more stable, and they do just ride realllllly nicely Matt
-
With regard to Inur's, he used a mod hub on a standard stock frame if i remember correctly, so had to make up some shizz for the wheel to fit the dropouts Orge, i'm pretty sure they'd clear the floor Matt
