So far so good! To get the wheel in and out, all i need to do it unbolt it at the 4bolt, undo the hub bolts as normal and it comes out as per usual I've got part of the adapter around the hub axle, with a nylon washer inside the whole, so it stay in exactly the right place, and the wheel hasn't moved unlike some that have the adaptor simply wedged between the frame and hub axle. I get that, may just go to the doctors about it in the near future! Just in case.. Just get kinda light headed/ can't see for a few seconds when i get up every now and again, sometimes when i breathe, i can't breathe in fully as it hurts like a bitch, so have to breathe in gently and slowly for one breath, sorts that out, and my heartbeat is quite often seen through my shirt not fast or owt, just can see it Cheers for that, Matt
