Thanks for all your replies guys. Still totally undecided but as i ride with Rob alot, and knowing his setup, i cant fault the hopes! I have run BB7's in the past and not had a problem just not on the rear. Anymore suggestions welcome

Im thinking of getting a set of Avid Elixir CR Disc Brake with carbon lever blades for my mod. Its either these of Hope Mono trials brakes. I just prefer the look of the avids and a tad cheaper than the Hopes. Any reviews with these regards to hold and performance appreciated.
