  1. Good pics mate. His brake held?? What pads is he running to hold that?
  2. This video is quite good for training motivation mate...
  3. Lat pull downs are easier because you can cheat and use your bodymotion to get the reps out. Try staying in one position, chest out, back slightly arched... not easy then. Be careful doing pulldowns behind neck, lots i know dont do them as easy to injure shoulders. Puts shoulders in an unnatural position. Can build just as good mass by doing them strict and in front. Keep on the bodyweight pull ups, full stretch at bottom and good clean rep with chin over the bar... do a few every day and soon start building the numbers up. Really good training for trials too
  4. Have heard bad things about brisa bars snapping in the past... and they must be well old! But otherwise looks good mate!
  5. Go back as if you were going to 'backhop' and just practice keeping the bike there, rocking backwards and forwards. Apply pedal pressure, and release the brake to let the front come up, the reapply brake, release brake and pedal, etc, kind of doing a halted wheelie. Keep practising these kind of braking wheelies, until eventually you get the bike to leave the ground by doing it (apply more pressure to pedal and brake) Easiest way though is to go riding with someone that can do it, and get them to show you...
  6. If you've been riding two months and cant pedal hop yet, id get lots of practice on your current bike mate. Setting yur heart on a new frame will make you less keen on the one you've got, and your riding and confidence in your onza will suffer as a consequence.
  7. Trials-uk should still have some heatsink pads in stock.
  8. Brettoll has a raven frame for sale super cheap... (doesnt answer your question though, lol)
  9. If you just lower the reps you'll be in powerlifting territory, which is what he wants to avoid (maximum strength for as little mass as possible) If you eat more theres no way you wont put weight on fella, its basic science. You might be finding that because you're eating what appears to be a clean bodybuilders diet, you're not getting enough calories, hence the leaner look.
  10. If you go to holland and barrett you should be able to get some oil to rub into scar tissue, the name escapes me now, but if you go in and ask they'll know what it is. Make sure you keep moisturised, shower after you train and moisturise, and drink lots of water, and keep your vitamins up. Other than that stretch marks are just one of those things mate... most pro bodybuilders will have them, they just get airbrushed out of shoots. Are you natural?
  11. Think its because its all one word fella... which pads you going for??
  12. Lol, it deffo still hurts falling off when you're big, trust me
  13. Use harder pads with tar, sounds a bit like you're using soft pads? Not sure what the onzas are like. Get some white spirit to get the tar you have on there off, and try again... for £27 you could probably have bought a half decent angle grinder and ground your own rims though!
  14. Where did you find a 2kg bar fella? A normal olympic bar is 20kg... musy have been a pretty thin bar! or a typo maybe? Its all about gym threads, lol
  15. Dont let diamondback fob you off. You're entitled to a replacement, so get one. No need to look for another frame/ buy another frame.
  16. Im sure both of these were on dvd at some point, local bike shop had them in... Edit - have just checked the cr films website, and it seems that it was just contact that came out on disc, rest were on tape,
  17. It even looks light! That looks sooo nice mate! Whats it ride like?
  18. Looking good fella, whens the second part coming? How you finding the new frame?
  19. Looks sweet mate, thats a giro xen right?
  20. Lol, this always happens when ive just got my bike into the car... i think the rain clouds can sense it
  21. Surely a piece of foam pipe cladding would do the same job?
  22. Have been running a trialtech 14t for two rides now... does the trick. From what i can see though, sprockets are much of a muchness.
  23. Front - standard hope mono trial with 160 rotor. Rear - 07' hs33 with blue rock pads, ground atomz rim. No booster.
