  1. Hi, I'm trying to find an Alex DX32 rim, but can't find them on CRC or anywhere else. Are Dx32's still being made or are they rebranded? My mate is running a BMf on the rear and it near bombproof! If not, then can someone recommend something similar. i.e. Strong as f**k, holds a grind well and a resonable price. Cheers, Steve
  2. Right guys, my buddy said he's going to come as well so all we need to do is to book flights. The dates we are currently looking at are Friday August 29th- Tues 2nd of September. So if Rob still has space on his floor then we'll stay in Glasgow friday night, ride Glasgow Saturday. Saturday evening we'll be getting the train to Edinburgh and maybe out in Edinburgh Saturday night (also happening to catch the end of the Edinburgh festival! ) and ride Edinburgh on Sunday. Once flights are booked in the next few day I'll post up the schedule and we can get about rounding up troops! Cheers lads, Steve
  3. Exact same thing happened to me and my ex gf (when we were going out). Six days late and I was freaking out but it turned out fine. Was normal supposedly for girls to be late sometimes.
  4. I will be listening in again tonight Mike!
  5. Cool. I'll keep you posted on it. I'm pretty shite so I'm also hoping to learn some stuff on the ride! Steve
  6. Hey Johny, I have a cousin in Edinburgh so would be crashing with him. Are you around evenings weekdays in Edinburgh to ride? Maybe Mon eve (the 1st of Sept?) Steve Cheers Rob! That would be awesome! I'll keep in touch about that! Might squeeze in a Sunday ride in Glasgow and maybe an Edinburgh ride Mon evening. Must get onto my cousin in Edinburgh and my mate that might be coming with me. Steve

  8. Hey, Anyone up for a Glasgow ride on Saturday 30th of Aug? Myself and a mate are flying over from Ireland with the bikes. We will also probably ride Edinburgh Sunday afternoon the 31st of August. If anyone is interested, post below! Cheers, Steve
  9. Stan Shaw uses a Try-all slick in his new Ozonys. Link Have know idea what a slick is like. There may be some info in the topc or you could ask Stan. Would agree with the advice above though. Hope this helps Steve
  10. This what you're after??? Trashzen Vid Wheelswap Hope that helps! Steve
  11. On the subject of sniffing glue.....Check out the link below. They're two guys pretending to be Limerick knackers (or chavs if you prefer to call them that) It's called "Bags of Glue" f**king brilliant! Steve rubberbandits
  12. slightly off topic, but would it have anything to do with a ganny? hopefully john will have learned you this word!
  13. Measured 1st hole to third. ~55.5mm. 55.5 X 1.0515 = 58.36mm. I should be in business with one of the ones off CRC so. You're a wealth of information Cormac!
  14. This what Adam from Tarty Bikes said: Unfortunately the only chainring that will fit on the T-Bird cranks is the standard fit model. This is down to the chainring bolt spacing (it is Standard Drive, not Compact Drive as all out aftermarket chainrings are), and the mating face of the sprocket/spider are offset from the teeth (not a 'standard' setup). So I'm not sure will any of the CRC ones fit. I'll contact them and see. Thanks Cormac. Steve
  15. Any of the aftermarket chainrings from Tarty won't fit the T-Bird cranks. I'm going to try Supercycles and see if they can help. Cheers for the replies guys. Steve
  16. Awesome set tonight mike! Really enjoyed it! Looking forward DnB next week! Steve
  17. I'm pretty sure they're standard diameter for 5 bolt cranks. Yeah maybe a 20T chainring and 16T rear freewheel might be the way to go. Cheers Cormac, Steve PS would the following be suitable? Link Thanks andrew! Just came across them myself! Cheers for the advice, Steve
  18. Hi, I am looking to get a new chainring. I'm looking a setting up a better gear ratio(currently 24:16). The crank set I am using is the Onza T-Bird cranks with 24t chainring. I have a 16t cog on the back. I was wondering which chainrings will fit my current cranks? I'm looking to get something like an 18t or 19t chainring. Any help/advice you could give me would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance, Steve
  19. Congratulations dude! Sorry to hear to hear that man
  20. I also tune in whenever I can! Your mixes are awesome! Keep 'em coming man!
  21. Unfortunately not a real 1960, it's a reissue. As an original 1957 Goldtop would leave me quite useless at trials. After all a sack of skin would be no use at trials! Arms, legs and most organs would be required to ride a bike!
  22. cheers man! bought it in america as it's WAY cheaper! sure check the links below. Music Store VS Guitar Centre. Guitar Centre don't do international delivery. so unless you have relatives you could send it to and get them to bring it back for you it's unfeasible! sounds like your the opposite to me mate! chords and power chords for the win! Gibson Goldtop Music Store Gibson Goldtop Guitar Centre
