Not totally convinced by that method. Speeding tickets is one thing but for parking I would have thought that the 'keeper' (i.e. who the car is registered to) is liable in the end. To be honest there's a reasonable chance that if you just ignore it they won't bother chasing it up, though if they do expect the bill to increase as they will have to go through the DVLA to obtain the keepers details...
  3. Is there room to run an shake-proof washer between the hub and the frame? Might help.
  4. And do you run the axle completely seated to the end/top of the slot? Some people make up for dodgy dish by clamping the axle somewhere in the middle of the dropout...
  5. Pics of the setup? Are you running the hub slammed into the dropouts?
  6. The only exception would be radially laced but there'd still be a little bending required.
  7. It's basically impossible to lace a wheel without bending the spokes. Think of spokes simply as thick gauge wire- that's all they are. They can take a huge amount of bending before ever showing any kind of issue.

  10. Rick messing about in the gym... wtf?!
  11. Just a quicky of me messing about in the local woods.
  12. To be fair to Pete (did I just say that?) one neutral a year ago and one negative back in 2009 isn't exactly damning. Any updates, Skoze?
  13. Hey there, Meant to reply to your message on Youtube- I love the look of those little Oset's and Cobra's, I wish I'd had one when I was a kid! Must say that skateboard clip did make me wince a bit- There's a lot to be said for a low centre of gravity!! Dave (davemarshall82)
  14. Pete, if what Matt says is true, he's been out of pocket for the past 4+ years. Count yourself lucky he isn't charging you interest at the Wonga.com rate of 4214%!
  15. That's a shitty attitude right there. Doesn't even make sense as Mr Wood said. I'm with JD.
