  1. I haven't even got round to fitting these but I don't see any real reason it couldn't be set up tubeless. One thing to note is that it's drilled for Schrader valves so you'd need to get Schrader tubeless valves for it to work.
  2. Looks like a Galfer Shark of some description.
  3. While we're on the subject of Eebs in 2025 I find it quite cool that Megamo are now making ebikes with DJI motor systems (both carbon and ally versions available too which is nice): https://www.megamo.com/en/e-bike/e-full-suspension For some reason they only sell in Spain but look pretty good.
  4. I don't know quite what it is but they kinda make my eyes bleed... They're almost like caricatures of eMTBs or sometihing. Frame shapes, tubing positions, colourways... Nope, not a fan but enjoy it!!
  5. Are Haibike's designed by blind people? Like, good for them if so but really...
  6. My wife recently got an eeb and though I was determined to hate it for being fat and heavy and ugly I actually mainly hate riding it because the motor cuts out so early (standard 15.5mph). On anything other than uphill slogs you end up at that limit and it feels harder to ride than if there wasn't a motor. I just don't really get it unfortunately for the type of riding we do and where we live. She loves it which is great and it means she can keep up with the boys and I and enjoys riding but I just don't get on with it at all. One thing I would say is that if I were to get one I'd definitely be looking at FS. remember that the bike will weigh ~25kgs and so any kind of rough stuff that weight will make for a pretty uncomfortable ride without the cushioning of rear suspension. The fact you've got a motor means the extra weight of a FS setup doesn't matter but you'll be glad of it off road I think.
  7. Torx. Couldn't tell you what size though I'm afraid...
  8. I just got a couple of Tartybikes rims for my son's MTB: https://www.tartybikes.co.uk/24_inch_rims/tartybikes_double_wall_24_inch/c43p14044.html?pos=223.42857360839844&search_params=YTo4OntzOjg6ImluX3N0b2NrIjtpOjA7czoxMjoiY2F0ZWdvcnlfaWRzIjthOjE6e2k6MDtzOjI6IjQzIjt9czoxNjoiY2F0ZWdvcnlfcmVjdXJzZSI7YjoxO3M6ODoia2V5d29yZHMiO3M6MDoiIjtzOjk6ImJyYW5kX2lkcyI7TjtzOjQ6Im1vZGUiO3M6MzoiYWxsIjtzOjQ6InNvcnQiO3M6OToicHJpY2VfYXNjIjtzOjEwOiJjb3VudHJ5X2lkIjtzOjE6IjEiO30%3D Seem like good value and a quality option.
  9. A fun video from oor boy Daniel.
  10. Just to add to Ross's comment you can still buy Irn Bru 1901 which sticks to the old 34g of sugar per can 'proper' stuff!
  11. It's not just damage to the drive splines causing problems is it? I've had it before where the internal clearance on the spacers is minimal and a little filing of any burrs on the drive shell has made all the difference to getting them to fit.
  12. I'm still not sure how anyone can defend Trump and not see him as a disgusting, vile human being who should never have been able to get into a position to be president, let alone voted in twice! There isn't a single redeeming feature about him and his actions, the way he talks about people, the compulsive lying, criminal behaviour etc. etc. just leave me speachless that anyone could support him. But that's me and something for the angry thread...
  13. What do they do?... 3D printing for the win for sure! I've been printing finger skis and finger snowboards for the boys this weekend
  14. Will be interesting to see how the literal printed circuit board will last over damp winters etc. I know they used high quality solder but even so the adhesion didn't look incredible and I wonder how it will end up in a couple of years. Amazing what they've achieved while being self-taught etc. but I can't help feeling that it's a complex prototyping system that once they have it dialled could/should be replaced by a 'proper' PCB made at PCBWay or similar.
  15. F****k... just seen the scan of Cam's ribs- he must've been ridiculously close to smashing his spine too pieces instead of his ribs. Lucky dude.
  16. Yeah Tom Van Steenberg- that flat drop front flip was mental. I know everyone's saying Brendog should've won but although his run was cool and quite different, with heartfelt links to Jordie Lunn, it didn't have anywhere near the danger and exposure of some of the others (I say from my sofa!). Given the other scores I also think Szymon probably deserved the win over Brendon but someone's always gotta be robbed in the Rampage! Shame Tom Isted didn't get a clean run- could've been sweet. I also though Bienve's crash looked nastier than Cam's yet he got up straight away and Cam came off far worse from the sounds of it.
  17. TVS was robbed (before the event's even over!)...
  18. His jump up on to the rock looks proper sketchy! There looks to very little in the way of a landing platform with no room to get it wrong without him having a proper bad day!
  19. I reckon Mr @Private Repress will be after those CODA cranks from you!!
  20. In a crazy way I feel it's only going to strengthen his support and makes it almost certain he'll get back in. With the Democrats f**king about with grandad, Trump shrugging off an assassination attempt is about the best thing that could've happened to his campaign. This is why you aim for centre mass, people. Centre. Mass.
  21. No, I think I started to reply to your comment relating to Trump the cunt but then reread your comment and reinterpreted it as who could stand for the Democrats instead of Biden!
  22. Yes, rolling road so rotating wheels/correct aero for ground effect. The overhead balance that this setup attaches to is on a 'slew ring' so we can yaw the whole assembly in the tunnel to replicate sidewind conditions and yaw angles for aircraft etc. The road itself has a mechanism that can allow it to yaw relative to the tunnel (from the days when we used to work with Penske and they needed to work on oval racing stuff) but it hasn't been done for years and our current boundary layer suction box, side panels etc. don't allow for it.
  23. Yeah, everything from the balance (last dark bit before the shiny ally) is effectively 'live' so will have an aero 'teardrop' around the balance itself and then all of the sting bits that lead down to the bike. There'll obviously be a rider model sitting on the bike so only about half of the sting will be exposed. I've got a second set of the stings made so I can chop them off at a relevant point, replicate the fairing and use that for 'tare' values of the support so that only the aero loads of the bike and rider can be extracted from the data. Also yes, but then the rider being present means that in my mind they can only do so much most of the time. Hopefully will still get something useful from it!
  24. Is Kamala Harris not a viable alternative?
