  5. Hello. Today i wanted to get the tensile ffw off my cranks so i got out the shimano bb tool and it seems that the freewheel has screwed on really far (there onza muscleman cranks btw), so the centre of the cranks covers up the splines on the ffw. So has anyone got any ideas to get it off? thanks.

  22. Hello. I was out riding today with about 7/8 people and i noticed they are all left foot forward riders. Im a right foot forward and after seeing them all riding left foot forward, i tried it and it feels horrible i notice that most riders are left foot forward, so when you started riding was you left foot forward or is there anyone who started right foot forward and learned to ride left foot forward. Might sound like a silly question but it was really annoying me today. Thanks. Jack.
