i wasnt intending on arguing at all.. i tried ringing and emailing dan for 5 days now. whenever there is an issue with trials-uk, if you post a topic it gets sorted. that was why i posted up this topic. and to let people know about this order. just like the feedback system on this forum, to let others know how i got on with trials-uk....

whats good customer services then? and i dont quite get what you mean about the parcel force thing, it was royal mail btw.. i know he sent them out friday (or even later, dont actually know the exact date till i recieve the parcel) and that ash had a parcel that was attempted to be delivered at his house. 10% of orders being sent out late, or wrong parts sent isnt good in the slightest.

i know he's busy etc. he knows hes busy too, so why does he say he'll send my order out when he cant or wont. also, what excuse is there for him deciding to change my order of plaz crv's to heatsink yellows cus he didnt have any crv's and that he thinks they are the same compound. he shouldnt be able to decide that. and there was no delay with royal mail delivering, he said to me himself he sent them on the friday when they should have been sent wednesday. he also said he sent them first class (not signed for) even though i payed for signed for delivery (even have it on my receipt) and he did change my order on purpose, not human error etc. because why would he make an excuse why he changed my order if it was an error. no you didnt sell your gu to me

but what do tarty do when there is going to be delays etc. usually post up on the news section on they're site and letting customers know there might be delays..

thats not really the issue i have atm. imo getting parts delivered within 5 working days is good. the parts did get to ash in that time (but he wasnt at his house at the time). its just the fact he lied about when he'd send them out, and changed my order without asking, and now not answering calls and emails but still selling bikes to other customers....

if dan is so ill and cant answer my calls or reply to my emails, then why can he meet up with 2 people so that he can sell a bike....

i've been ringing him since sunday. are customers supposed to just wait without knowing he's ill? he should atleast post up or put on his site. i ordered pads on tuesday, he said he could send them wednesday, he sent them friday. he didnt even ask if it were ok to send me some heatsink yellow v pads instead of the plaz crv's i ordered. yeah dan is a great guy, really friendly but just 'useless when it comes to running a business' he actually said to me that he was going to the post office on wednesday and will send them out... as for people saying its not dans fault and hes a busy guy... is that an excuse for sending a customer used pads for full price, without the customer knowing? is it ok for him to send someone a frame that he has sprayed himself, not even let it dry properly and then send it out not telling the customer? i've witnessed some of his silly decisions, i told him that he should just ring the customer and explain the situation, but he just said (regarding sending out used pads) 'but they look new so its alright' howcome he came online the forum yesterday if he's so ill....

neither do i, but they didnt have the pads i wanted.....

just got a quote from the t-shirt printing company and i've been given a quote on 30 shirts... they should be 8 quid each guna go check out the quality of the next week and placing the order. will put up a paypal account later so people can pay

they only dissappear once the issue is resolved and because the topic just turns into a bitching competition lol

been trying to phone him for the past 5 days ringing every hour or so, off my number, house number and with holding my number. cant be that busy. oh and it was meant to be sent first class recorded but he said he just sent it first class...

just looked at the order confirmation email and i think this might be the problem...... the warehouse is the one responsible for sending out the order?

right i placed an order on tuesday 29th of july.... some anaversairy plaz pads, plaz crv pads and some maggie bolts. i asked dan on msn to check if he has all those in stock, he said he did. i asked if he'd be able to send the pads out on wednesday, he said he will deffinitly. because i was leaving for holiday on wednesday night, i got him to send the pads to ash kennards house. turns out dan gets confused between tuesday and friday.... when i rang him up on the saturday, i asked if my order had been sent out, he said he sent it on friday and that the plaz crv's were 'faulty' so he put some heatsink yellows in instead (because he thinks they are the same compound). now cus he lied about sending them on the day he did, they didnt get to ash's house before ash went away for a week or so, so ash didnt manage to get my order for me.. because the post office depot had the parcel for a while without anyone collecting it they sent it back to dan (yeah i know thats not his fault they did that, but if he sent it when he said he did they wouldnt have sent it back) now for 5 days i've been trying to get in contact with dan so i can get the order redelivered, but he doesnt answer his phone, he doesnt reply to emails and hes not on 'trials uk live assistant' (his msn). so i thought i'd post up here because he always sorts things out asap when a topic is made oh yeah, if you were to order of trials-uk, when you finally receive the order, make sure the parts havnt been used at all. I've seen him send off some slightly used coust pads to a customer (for full price) because 'they looked new' great service from trials-uk

but to someone who lives on the southern coast, im northern... cant i just be a midlander? as i am from the west midlands...

according to dan ko, the heatsink yellows are the same compound as plaz crm's... but he lies.

i dont really see what he said as being 'sarky', just he was interested about the fallen off flange. not his fault you were wrong... and i would strongly advise you not to go to evolution, they will charge you because they believe that chris king hubs cannot fail and its always the customers fault. go to aspire
