Its all to do with compression,getting on the right spot,etc,then pinging,you body will act like a spring if you get it right,thats why if you get frenchies right,they feel amazing and makes your day :)

Your cranks might not hit when you spin them but when you kick they will hit because mine done that then i got some speed race and now they dont hit .

Yeah he does put alot of effort in to the centre and fixing my bike twice lol if he didnt fix my chain that day at the nationals round 1 i wolnt of been able to do it,and I won lol hes a life saver.

Just some clips of me at Barrow farm trials and jump centre,the trials area has been all moved about so riders dont get bored of it.Its such a good place to ride and only a half hour drive to get their.I only really got the clips for people on the forum to have a browse of whats changed etc-its not a proper video so ridings nothing special,honest,enjoy and a big thanks to Micheal and the family for all their hard work an effort put into the centre,and it should be a great competion their sunday.

So thers a national this suday going on at barrow farm which is such an altimate place to ride,wondering if anyone is going to this.jake,feel sorry for people who want to come because its just such a great place to ride,and a big thanks going to micheal and family for all thier input and doing work for this centre. and its a 20 min drive for me.
