The freewheels will fit onto your DMR rear Revolver hub no problem ( If your still using that hub? as they come standard on the Dirt jumpers) Anyways, the threads are all standard 1.37" x 24tpi so most modern freewheel will fit onto your hub(Y) I would suggest something like the VIZ/ Monty freewheels, both very well priced and great performance! or the Try-all! Or if your feeling generous definitely the ENO. I have used my ENO for over a year now, and its still going smooth and strong! I hope this helps! Thanks Dan

It sounds most likely the stiff links in the KHE chain, as alot of riders have has this problem with them. They're ok if your using them on a SS set up, but if your using it with gears then I dont think it will run as smooth. I would try out a KMC chain, very good price, so worth a try:) Thanks Dan

Simply remove the C clip and then remove the spring form the Mech, and then put it back together with out the spring and bolt it back onto your bike:) Words a treat, But if you fancy somthing neater/ lighter I would suggest a SS tensioner(Y) Thanks Dan

I understand its not in your poll, but I would highly recommend the Plazmatic CRM's or alternatively the Heatsink reds(H) Never personally used the Rock blue's but 2 close friends that has used them, they didn't seem that great, but from videos they seem very promising... maybe the setup issue. Anyways, My vote is on the CRM's:D Cant go wrong(H)

Bottom brackets are great, after selling many units of these not one has been returned for replacement:D Also they're available in a wide range of Colors

The ZM3 will be very competitively priced and features very modern geometry also along with the Neon 20", They will also be available as complete builds all of which with very good spec and geometry. Prices TBC, Back to the thread, The KOXX range looks exciting and looks very promising:) Always good to have more completes available in the lower price range!

Hey Janson, The threads size are 40mm, and the built-in star nut needs at least 16mm in order for it to screw in all the way. you should get away by cutting another 4mm off your forks. I hope this helps, Thanks Dan

The V!Z Forks have been the same for a fair while now, they have recently changed the top-cap design for 08 ( The images on our site shows last years top-cap, however I will get them updated to stop confusions) The forks now comes with a star fangled nut for riders who prefer to use this set up rather then the built in one. If you do prefer to have the star nut set up, just let us know and we will install it for you:)

I was going to suggest the V!Z Gothic rotor, as they're pretty pimp:), But then realised you was after somthing 2-Piece so I would recommend the Louise FR rotor: Louise FR Rotor Ive used my 180 for over 4-5months now and its awsome, one of the best rotor I used by far(Y) I hope this helps:)

The Hydro forming on the Koxx Boxx is completely 100% custom, this is a lot more complex if you look at the images compared to the Echo Pure where it had a standard hydro formed tube which was straight forward to produce. The Boxx has 2 parts on the hydro-section then it’s fully welded all the way around before other tubes are joined. Also like a member mention, it’s a very exclusive frame indeed along with the superior quality, not to mention the duration its taken to produce. Some of you might remember 2-3 years ago, when frames used to be around £375- £450 mark and that was for a very standard frame that had nothing to fancy. So considering the Boxx probably one of the best quality frame ever built along with innovation/ designs the price mark isn’t actually to bad!

The white finish frame are due to arrive around the end of this month along with many other new Neon Products:)
